THE PROPERTY IS ALLOWED THREE SHORT-TERM RENTALS (LESS THAN 30 NIGHTS) WITHIN A CALENDAR YEAR. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT AVAILABILITY.

Spring Lake Beach House is situated on the only lake in downtown Old Naples and just 5 blocks from the beach. Capturing the stunning views of Spring Lake, the home is professionally decorated with an eye toward a casual, lakeside elegance. It features 5 bedrooms plus a den, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. It will comfortably handle 10 adults and features an open, modern design with a gourmet kitchen, wide-plank wood floors, outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool (heated) with spa.

Take your morning coffee or tea on the outside lanai complete with motorized screens and enjoy the breathtaking lake view every day.

Relax by the fire pit in the evening or soak in the spa.

Guests are a five minute walk to the luxury shopping and dining of 5th Avenue, and a two hundred yard stroll to Cambier Park where they can play tennis, basketball or bocci ball. Younger guests will enjoy the fully-equipped playground at the park too.

Naples features immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico and there are a myriad of boat rentals, dinner cruises and deep sea fishing opportunities. Trust us, you will want to stay longer.

The alarm system has two security cameras (one at the front door and one in the pool area). Although they are operational, no recording or viewing is taking place.

Best Thanksgiving Ever!

This was the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this house and every year we have the best time. The house has everything that you need: pool, hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, beach chairs, bikes, walk to beach, restaurant, shops etc. I hope we can rent it again next year!!

Another amazing stay!

This was our second vacation at Brown Cottage and we loved it as much this time as last! The house is incredibly spacious, with every amenity you could imagine, and was impeccably clean when we arrived. The outdoor living space is where we spent most of our time - the pool, spa, firepit, and covered living area allowed us to be outside from morning to evening. The location is ideal. It's walking distance to 5th Ave, the beach, and Old Naples shopping/restaurants. The bikes and beach gear were great to have, too. The owner and property manager were very communicative throughout the whole process. We made wonderful memories here with our family and hope to return again!

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house. This is the fourth time we’ve rented this house and we love it! This house is in a perfect location-walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, beach, and great places to ride bikes. The house is fully equipped with everything. Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and pool toys. Hot tub is amazing and used it every day. Right on a lake and very private. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Lovely property and perfect location

The property was perfect for our family, plenty of space and the layout flows nicely w shared space and private area. The cottage is nicely appointed. The one suggestion is the staircase coming down the stairs is a bit difficult to see the Individual step of the wood floor, not enough color contrast for each step; there were tiny tiny insects near the Master bathroom sinks - i think this is just weather changing in Florida. We didn’t want to have any extermination done w chemicals when we were there because we have a one year old and I am very Chemical sensitive - so we didn’t say anything . Other than these two items, the property is really a fabulous house. We had a terrific time. Thanks!

This was our third time renting this beautiful house. It has everything: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool, hot tub, privacy, bikes to ride, lake view, short walk to shops and restaurants. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it! Hope to rent again next year!!!

Brown Cottage is the perfect vacation rental. Pristine home in perfect condition with amenities galore. Beautifully landscaped yard and gorgeous outdoor living area with pool, grill, comfortable seating, pool floats, hot tub and more. Comfortable beds with quality linens and pillows. Plenty of space for all to gather or be separate. Ruth and the house manager work together to make sure all your needs are met in a timely and professional manner. A short walk to a beautifully landscaped entrance to the beach. High quality bikes and beach chairs also provided. In short, we can’t wait to return!

No words to express how marvelous this place is, the house is sparkling clean and so roomy. The view from the pool is amazing. If you like this house in the pictures you will love it in person!!! Chris Doyle is an exquisite person, very kind and prompt to offer his help in anything could arise during our stay. My only regret, our holiday was too short, I am looking forward to be back to Brown Cottage!!!
