In the center of the house and just off the living room is a large screen porch, which doubles as additional living space with cushy seating and the most spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Need some time in the sun? Hit the new sundeck! This is the perfect spot to take in those warm sun rays and curl up with a good book. There is even a private boardwalk the beach!
