This two-story Whitianga holiday home offers ample room for an extended family group. The upstairs open plan living is modern and bright, and flows onto generous decking for relaxed summer stays. An additional sitting room upstairs includes a fireplace for cooler stays

The master bedroom at this Whitianga accommodation is situated upstairs, and is fitted with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2, also situated upstairs, is fitted with 2 single beds. Downstairs, bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a double bed, and bedroom 5 includes 2 singles.

In addition to the master ensuite, there is a main bathroom downstairs plus an extra toilet upstairs and in the laundry area.Upstairs, there is another bathroom with a hand basin and toilet.

Whitianga views

Lovely property with beautiful views. Would recommend. A couple things to note, in height of summer it is quite hot especially at night upstairs. Neighbours are very close so as long as you don’t mind , it’s a brilliant spot.

Beautiful home, spacious and clean

Lovely place, very spacious and clean with a nice view from the deck. We had a great time and a cozy fireplace was a huge plus on a winter night. Property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay again :)

The name Reflects the property

Repairs Two toilets have very loose toilet seats and need tightening. Excellent views and a spacious place to stay would stay again.

Great property.

Great property. Had plenty of space for all 8 of us for our visit. We took our dogs and were a little concerned that the section wasn’t fenced, but the fully fenced deck made up for that. Would definitely consider the property again if staying in Whitianga in the future

We really enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Three families getting together over Christmas and we all commented on how big the house was. Two living areas was great for the kids to get away and watch their TV and play games. The dogs loved the big section. Everything was very well equipped including the kitchen and spare fridge/freezer in the garage. Great views over Mercury Bay. Overall we would highly recommend.

The location was good: close to the beaches and Whitianga town...

The location was good: close to the beaches and Whitianga town. The views were amazing. There was plenty of linen and towels etc. The house was very clean. * The only thing: The main reason we're not likely to recommend this property is the noise of the water pump in the basement - every time someone used the bathroom or toilet the pump made a terrible noise. Maybe this could be fixed? Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
