Amazingly situated right on the water's edge, Lakeside Vistas Magic is ideal for a great all season holiday. In a fabulous position, located on the Lions Walk/Great Lake Walkway for cycling and walking and with a lovely large lawn area directly in front of the house on the lake edge.

Able to sleep up to 10 guests comfortably with electric blankets on all beds, this Rainbow Point Holiday Home is a laid back and comfortable base for your Taupo holiday.

Downstairs, bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 includes 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a super king. Upper level bedroom 4 enjoys fabulous views of the lake and has a queen bed with an attached separate toilet and basin. This suite being located on level 2 is accessed externally with entry off the upstairs deck.

Renovated in 2021, there is also a sleep out that is separate from the house fitted with a king single bed and a single bed each with electric blankets and also a heater in the room.

A ramp onto the deck allows wheelchair access to all rooms with the exception of the queen bedroom on Level 2.

Enjoy easy access to the lake for swimming, fishing and boating. Or, relax on the deck, take in the stunning views and soak up the sun!

*There are 3 separate areas:
When you arrive at the house there are 2 ranch sliders on the bottom balcony *only the ranch slider on the right is access for the guests & the house keeping team, the guests can also use the separate suite in the garage and a separate room up the stairs on the right side of the house (facing the lake) access to this room is from the outside door only.
Please check these on the end of each guest stay and clean them.

- Water Town supply
-Supplies cupboard is thru the locked door from the kitchen into owners apartment into foyer under the stairs (cupboard not locked) Kitchen door key on master set
*Please note owner has supplies in bulk, so please contact first before stocking anything up or putting stock in the property.
NOTE FOR SUPERVISOR:
Emergencies ONLY: Owners key is in her cupboard upstairs on the left by her entry, to her private area, this is tucked in to the 2nd shelf holder where it joins the wall on the right hand side of that cupboard if you need access to the owners area, please make sure all doors are then locked from the guests, so they cannot access any of the owners areas including the door between the kitchen and the stairway.
