Perfect for a little getaway

Hidden Gem

Great property close to the heart of Ettalong, just a short walk to the shops and beach. The house was beautifully presented and was immaculately clean (exactly like the photos). Has everything you need. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend away

Lovely stay and great location, with less than 5 minutes walk down the beach. The property was clean. However, we could hear noises from upstairs on both nights.

Christmas beach holiday

Very newly renovated with new appliances - however no instructions were provided to operate them. In particular the "smart television" was not user friendly at all. It is not connected to any outside antenna so no free to air channels are available. The television is through Wi fi and operates through apps. The unit is very comfortable but the living area space is very small. The kitchen area in particular is very tiny and can only accommodate one person at a time. The kitchen was quite well equipped but really needs more in the way of storage containers and salad bowls etc. The bathroom was beautiful and very nicely renovated - had a lovely shower and bath. The laundry area was excellent. Bedrooms were good and beds very comfortable although not much in the way of cupboards or drawers. Probably the most disappointing aspect is that there is no air conditioning and only a standard fan is provided. A couple of the screens on the windows kept coming off so security is a problem. The outside courtyard had clearly not been cleaned up prior to our arrival and was very messy. We had brought our own small table and chairs so it was very pleasant to sit outside in the evening. The unit's location to the water and shopping in Ettalong is excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants or the Club. We had an enjoyable holiday but for the cost charged we feel it was very overpriced considering the size of the unit. We would recommend this for a couple or maybe someone with only one child so long as they are very tech savvy to operate the television.

Great location for beach

Very clean, modern & tidy unit. Small kitchen with fridge in loungeroom. Bedrooms need a lamp & mirror in each as sharing one mirror for 6 people was tricky when getting ready to leave for a function. No air con, only fan in one bedroom & loungeroom. TV only had wifi streaming no aerial, which was glitchy & freezes a lot of the time, hubby not happy as it happened during grand final. Cafe near beach has great coffee & brekky. Loved outdoor shower. Thai restaurant 3 doors down was lovely for take away. Window screens need replacing with holes, as mosquitoes got in at night. Overall we enjoyed our weekend in Ettalong being so close to the beach.
