All good with exception of internet, the tvs are dated and the WiFi would not stay connected to tv’s or phones. One would expect at this price point the WiFi service would work

We had a very good stay!! The only issue we had was regarding the TV on the first floor....I called the support person and she was responsive but we could not resolve. She indicated that there had been an issue with the internet which affected the TV. The property itself is located in a great location and the view is spectacular. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the space, quality, and location of this condo. It is right in the Marina and the views are wonderful. There is some liveliness associated with the big yachts and the live aboard folks which we enjoyed. It is an easy walk to restaurants and downtown activities. The host was accessible and did her best to accommodate us with a late check out. We plan on returning for a longer stay next year. I would note that the place can comfortably accommodate six, the six should be two groups of three if not a single group of six based on bedroom/couch layout.

The outdoor pool (in the water) and whirlpool was not clean- dirt, sand, things floating, etc. The house itself was great- despite some furniture(chairs) being a bit dirty(stained). The host was great-replied to messages promptly. Loved the location.

Excellent location in Sturgeon Bay, walking distance to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Very nice cottage accommodations with plenty of room for 4 people. Highly recommend as a home base for a Door County long weekend.

Wonderful accommodations with two outside decks facing the marina/bay and access to on-site amenities including outdoor pool, grilling station and huge fireplace. In immediate proximity to downtown Sturgeon Bay and we walked to the farmers market in a matter of minutes. Great base for exploring the local area.

Our second time here! Condo is fantastic, right on the water and marina which makes it very picturesque. Ample room for 5 adults. 2 1/2 bathrooms was nice. Cooked in the first night and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ample parking. Close to everything in Sturgeon Bay. Highly recommend!

We had a really nice time at this cottage. I like the fact that we had the option of going into the pool we had myself my husband, my adult daughter and her husband the separation of the bedrooms was perfect. The location was really nice and the host had excellent communication skills. I’m really hoping to stay here again next year now that I found this property.

Great location

We chose this property because we were going to an event in Green Bay but also wanted to spend some time in Door County. The property was spacious and clean and in a beautiful location with all the boats coming and going. Bonus amenity was the heated pool. We would stay here again.

Fantastic stay

Property was well kept, cottages clean and very family friendly. Pool and pool area very clean and the water was warm. Close enough to walk downtown and enjoy the farmers market, live music, and stores. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Great location!

Amenities abound with this property given its association with the CenterPointe Marina. Common areas were great, and being able to walk less than 2 minutes to our boat was definitely a luxury. Communications with property manager were timely and we were taken care of on this trip without issue. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you for hosting us.

Huge place

The house is very nice and has lots of space. A family with ten could sleep here comfortably. I loved the pool and hot tub. It is convenient to walk to bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is really nice and safe. It’s nice to look at all the boats. Their cleaning service I believe is ripping them off. They charge 150 for cleaning but the home had lots of cob wens and some dead bugs. The shower floor was not really that clean and all the the shower faucet had hard water residue. The kitchen counters look like they had just been wiped and left water residue. One of the toilets did not work the best. Some of the chairs had stains on them as well. been cleaner

Due to the cottages being close to the water, spider webs/bugs are quite common and we try our best to stay on top of this prior to each visit. We are looking into different cleaning solutions for the hard water issues. We have scheduled maintenance to come in and check all toilets as in your review, it wasn't indicated which one was a problem. Great View & Location

Walk anywhere downtown or just enjoy the beautiful view. Well equipped for two couples or a family that can handle lots of stairs. Owners are easy to communicate with.

Comfortable Stay in Door County

Enjoyed very much. Did have problem with downstairs bathroom, but they replace toilet same day. Only suggestion is to add TV to first floor.

Beautiful Waterfront Property

This was our fourth vacation at the beautiful Cottages at Center Point Marina! The spectacular views, numerous amenities, close proximity to restaurants and shopping are just a sample of all that this property provides! We are looking forward to making more memories here in the future!
