Welcome to Villa La Estancia, a spectacular resort located on Medano Beach - the only swimmable beach in Cabo. This condo is perfect for guests who appreciate convenient access to their private villa while being steps from one of the two heated pools with swim-up bar, or the sunny beach with private, roped off lounge chairs.

The space

Our ground floor garden view unit accommodates groups from 2-8. The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2200 square feet of living space. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. The condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer area, breakfast bar, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. There is cable TV, DVD and stereo system in each room including the living room.

Villa La Estancia offers a 24-hour front desk concierge service, 24-hour security, pool-side restaurants, a beautiful fitness center, Jacuzzi and pools - all with a spectacular ocean view.

Booking at Villa La Estancia means you also have signing privileges at two adjacent resorts (charge items to your room) - Villa Del Arco and Villa De Palmar, which includes additional restaurants, a children's program, two full service European spas, and a fitness center with private classes. Villa Del Arco has a fabulous Taco Bar - highly recommend the Steak Tacos! Villa De Palmar has a great kid friendly sports bar with complimentary pool. Great to play when a little down time is needed. The facility also features a supermarket, deli, ice cream parlor (we visit here every evening), video rental, pharmacy and gift shop.
