The house has been recently remodeled and it’s updated with everything a traveler may need. You’ll find a smart home equipped with a bunch of cool stuff! Set the ambiance to your liking and enjoy a great level of comfort.

There are 2 bedrooms and an office with a couch for an additional guest. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a nice bathroom and a queen size bed and the other bedroom has a big queen-over-queen bunk bed.

Near the house you can find grocery stores, fast food and more.

This cozy home offers comfort at an unbelievable price. With a great location, you can easily access stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, freeways... you’re about 25 minutes from DTW Metro Airport.

We’re close to downtown Farmington, DT Farmington Hills, Livonia and Southfield.

Renovated in September 2018, you will find yourself in a modern home with personal touches in every room.

The bedrooms are comfortable, the living spaces are spacious and relaxing, and the dining room is ready to host your next dinner! Nice SS appliances makes up the kitchen and there’s a huge backyard.

Since we live in the property and only rent it out when we’re out of town, we kindly ask guests not to open any drawers, either of our desk, or dressers, or closets doors. All of our personal belongings are there. You’re welcome to use any kitchen cabinets to look for plates, cups, silverware, etc. we do not have a dishwasher and dryer/washer is not available, but there’s a laundromat closest “Little Valley Laundromat”.

Since this is our primary living location, we’d only be renting this house out on days we’d be out of town! Therefore, there will be minimum face-to-face (if any!) interaction, but we will be available all the time on chat if you have any problems during your stay! Also, there will always be a secondary co-host available for the what-ifs.

Front door has a digital door lock for your convenience. You will not be handling any keys, everything is passcode-based. Property has surveillance cameras. There might be a car or two parked in the property, but there’s still space for up to 2 other vehicles on the driveway, and there’s plenty street parking available.

About 25 min from DTW Metro Airport. Close to I-696, M-10, Southfield Freeway, 8 Mile Rd, Grand River Ave. and Telegraph Rd.

The easiest way to commute if you don’t have a car is by using ride-share apps, like Uber or Lyft. There’s no public transportation to any major areas from the house. If you have a car, just use your GPS and depending on where you’re going, there’s 1000 different ways to get there.

Note: When not rented, sometimes there’s a family cat that stay with us, but there’s always an extra effort when cleaning the house.
