The property was cleanly and provided good amenities. The weather was cold during my stay and the heat worked well. The owner was courteous and prompt to respond to any of my enquiries.

The house is nicely designed and furnished but unfinished in some areas.The washer and dryer were great.The WiFi was a bit patchy and quite slow. There are also many cameras on the property that were not disclosed in the listing. The floor was not very clean when I arrived. There is an excess of mosquitos on the property, they get into the house and it made my stay quite uncomfortable. The host's responses to my concerns was not the best.

Apologies for your unpleasant experience. You never expressed anything to me about cleaning or discomfort the entire 5 day stay. I believe your reason for this review is because you tried to check in 3 hours before check-in and that request was not granted so you sat outside the home in my chairs until your check in. If you planned accordingly and made this request ahead of your stay, it could have been accommodated. You did ask about excessive mosquitos which is outside of the home and out of my control so you were directed to obtain OFF spray. Lastly, please post any pics of the floor not being cleaned as well as the “unfurnished” area. Myself as well as VRBO would like to see evidence of this false claim. How much furniture would you have wanted in the 1 bedroom home? This cozy getaway comes equipped with queen size beds, work desks, dining room set, a couch, a kitchen island, and laundry room.

It was a cute little house with a new air conditioner the owner put in are arriving day so we would be comfortable. Nice house with a really nice fenced in front yard. It was great for our dogs. Parking in front. The host always messaged me back. We wanted to know where to get some dinner and he gave us some good choices within 15 min from the house. Shops where in Detroit and plenty of stuff going on.
