We loved the place. Lots of room and living space. The only bummer was that they would not accommodate an early check in.

Here is a response you can copy/paste: Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you loved Garret's Place and enjoyed the spacious layout and living areas. We understand that an early check-in can be convenient. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., as outlined in our reservation information and guest documentation. While we’re happy to accommodate an earlier arrival when possible, it depends on the departure and cleaning schedule for that day and, unfortunately, cannot always be guaranteed. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back to Tahoe again! Travis

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, a lot of space to accommodate our group comfortably, and we loved the location - a quiet cul-de-sac close to many hiking trails. Having access to the garage was also very convenient. We will stay here again!

Weekend in Tahoe with friends

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The place was beautiful and clean The hot tub was amazing and worked great. Instructions were very clear. I really appreciate how available the team was to answer my questions when we arrived, as well as when we had issues with the wifi. The only minor issue was that the wifi wasn't super reliable for working remotely; it seemed to cut in and out. But if you are just going to be on vacation, it was perfect.

Our son said he felt like he was staying in a treehouse! The rental company was very attentive to any small needs that we had. The carpet must have been new because it was very soft and clean. It was very spacious, and we love the large sectional sofa. It was great for watching some March Madness basketball! We would definitely stay in this place again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was great and plenty of room. The master bathroom needs a deep cleaning and a new shower head. Also the front door needs to be fixed as the door doesn’t stay shut unless you use the dead bolt.
