Holiday Weekends/weeks are subject to holiday pricing and minimum stay requirements and Friday and Saturday night stays are required if you're planning to stay over the weekend. Located in very quiet family neighborhood with full time residents. Absolutely no parties or noise after 9pm. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am, per a strict and heavily enforced County ordinance.
July 4th break 2025 is a one week minimum rental (6/29 - 7/6/2025)
Sleeping Availability: 7 People in beds, 2 in Queen, 2 in Queen, 2 in Full, 1 on Single, 1 on air mattress. No more than 8 people.
This is a perfect place for families. The lakefront, shopping, golf, Safeway, bars, and restaurants are all walkable from the front door. (about a 5 minute walk). Once you get there, you won't really have to drive anywhere.

- Roof Deck Hot Tub with a filtered view of Lake Tahoe! - 1 Queen Bed in Master (Memory Foam) - 1 Queen Bed in Guest room - 2 Aerobeds - 1 Bunk bed in Guest Room (twin over full) - Brand New Leather Sectional Couch (Very comfy) - Fully functional kitchen with all you would need for family cooking w/ breakfast bar with seating for 6. (2 breakfast bar and 4 at table) - Weber Spirit 3-Burner Propane Grill (Stored inside for winter) - MASSIVE DECK with nice patio furniture and filtered view of the lake (cushions are left inside when there's no guests to keep clean, dry and pest free) - Washer/Dryer - Pool Table in garage - Foosball Table with electronic scoreboard inside - Dome Hockey Table in garage
- Stereo and DVD player with headphone jack hook up for Phone - HD TV's with DVD - Large Driveway with plenty of parking (can fit a boat trailer..etc) - High-Speed internet with new modem and router - 2 Night minimum (Rates subject to season, holidays...etc)
Hot tub and deck are closed 9pm - 9am. The deck furniture is stacked under the awning to avoid the sun and elements, and patio cushions are stacked inside in between stays. Guests are responsible for setting up the deck furniture and taking it down at check-out. I'd recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself against any weather challenges or difficulties.

***House is on a standard electrical system and not sufficient to charge an EV car, scooter, bicycle. For fire safety, I don't allow charging of EV cars, scooters, or bicycles at the house. There a numerous EV car charging stations in downtown Tahoe City that can be used..thx***

Very convenient location (walkable to amenities), comfortable, well equipped and held a large group of kids contentedly during multi-day blizzard! Won’t matter for every visit but if it snows 5 feet during your stay I can also say that snow removal efficiency was impressive :-)
This is a really excellent value VRBO. Super clean, well equipped, and very close to downtown Tahoe City. View of the lake from the hot tub. We were very happy with this property.
We had a great stay at Matt’s place! The house had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. The location was excellent for getting around, walking to downtown, and Matt was really quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place and location! The WiFi was a bit spotty, but other than that, very happy with our stay. Didn’t expect the lake views from the hot tub either!

This is a great place. The location is very convenient and it is indeed quite walkable to downtown. The foosball table helped keep the kids away from the TV for some of our time there. Nice deck, practical kitchen, comfortable beds.
This comfy home is in a PERFECT location. It's less than a 5 minute walk through a residential area to the main drag filled with shops, restaurants and a small beach with a park. It was convenient to drive to other beaches in the area as well. The hot tub on the large deck was clean and the perfect way to end a long day. The host was extremely quick to respond to inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.
The home was just as advertised. The hot tub and deck were fantastic, and the hot tub was very clean and well maintained. We used it every day after skiing. The location was great, it was a short 5 minute walk to restaurants in town.

This home was in the perfect location for a ski trip at Alpine and Palisades, easy drive to the resort and walkable into town. We really enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and lake views after ski days along with the large comfortable seating to relax.

I take a lot of pride make sure my home feels like a home away from home for my guests. My goal is for you and your family to have a relaxing time and enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. The location was a key factor when I bought my home, as I want my guests to be able to walk to downtown Tahoe City. There's a TON of trails, hikes, and OHV Dirtbike/ATV/4x4 areas nearby. They all offer amazing views and are maintained very well.
Why they chose this property
This a great to place to unwind with a glass of wine or cold beer/cocktail. You can literally walk to everything and won't need to get back in to the car until you check out. There are plenty of restaurants with great food and live music nearby. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with full time residents and ideal for family trips.
