PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Get into the Aruba holiday spirit with friends and family at the Miramar Pleasure Two-bedroom condo. This vacation rental retreat overlooking the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba pool area and the world-famous Eagle Beach, are just a few steps away and perfect for a warm-weather trip. The balcony with seating and a 3-piece bistro set offers a great area to enjoy the beach view with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

The living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your comfort in the hallway.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a chair, a built-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. It also connects to an adjoining sleeping room that includes a double-size bed, built-in closets, and the en-suite bathroom with a shower. A door separates the two sleeping spaces, as it serves as a pass-through rather than a fully independent room.

This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds and 1 double-size sofa-bed. Perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, looking for additional beds in 1 unit.

This unit is adjacent to the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo (LV307). Ideal for larger groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 12.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

Great property for quiet stay

Had a great experience at La Vent, and prestige management company! When we arrived, we were greeted and told we could check in early, as well as check out late since there wasn’t back to back rentals! Which was a huge plus given our flights in and out of Aruba! It was also beautifully quiet during our stay! Able to walk to a few places, but had to grab cabs to dinner, or excursions which wasn’t more than a 10 min wait. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to enjoy Aruba

Wonderful location to enjoy all that Eagle beach has to offer. Less than 5 minute walk to beach, 10 minute walk to great grocery store and restaurants within easy walks all around. Quiet area and perfect for relaxing. Unit was sparkling clean and staff was great. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Everything you could want for your vacation. Would highly recommend to all!!

Absolutely beautiful condo located only steps to Eagle Beach and minutes to palm beach and restaurant district. Very clean and secure property with stunning pool , lounging and BBQ area. Clean clean clean. It also had beach chairs, towels, coolers and more. We had a stunning view of the beach and those one of a kind Aruba sunsets

Great stay

The property was well maintained. The checkin was super easy. It’s right across the street from the beach that’s not as crowded as Palm beach. The condo itself was nice and clean. The property is very quiet so if you want action I recommend staying on palm beach. Palm beach has all of the restaurants bars etc and it’s only a 5min drive down the road. Overall stay was great.

great place to stay

nice property, very clean. we rented a 2 bedroom unit that was converted to a 3. it was very spacious. appliances were clean. pool was nice. we stayed for 8 days. i would go back there again. it was more on the quiet side so if you are looking for action this is not the place.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at Mirimar Pleasure over the Easter week. The condo was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of place to sleep, eat, and longe about. The three bathrooms and 4 beds was a bonus. The space was larger than appears in pictures and it had all the necessities we needed in the kitchen. The check in and check out process was easy. There are quite a few choices to eat within walking distance and grocery shopping was a three minute drive. Great location. Outside, the pool was wonderful and the beach was just across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebrations

Everyone was wonderful from Aischal & Rachal making sure we had airport transportation to being comfortable during our stay & helping us surprise my sister & nephew with a bday cake. Albert went above & beyond to get us on an excursion at the last minute. All of the security guards made sure we were safe & assisted with all of our many taxi rides. I also want to thank the owner of condo who provided us with a gift basket when we arrived & for letting us stay to celebrate the bdays.

Eagle Beach

The check in process is WAY too long. The changing of towel is not convenient as people are not always at the desk. Our dryer was broke and no one came to fix it when we were there. Definitely, need more dishes, cups etc. to make kitchen useful. One clicker did NOT work for living room TV and that was pain. Could use hooks to hang towels and more pillows. The beach chairs were rusted and all broke. Location was decent and you coulld walk to several places from there. Eagle Beach is amazing and beautiful.

It is a beautiful quiet property. Very lush feeling. In a great location. Very quick walk to the best walking and swimming beach on the island. (We went to them all). Grocery store close. Good restaurants nearby. The condo was large and well appointed. View was wonderful. My only complaint was the pool maintenance the last few days. I know it has to be done sometime, but a heads up before arrival or even upon arrival would have been nice. I would have planned my week a little different knowing the pool would have been out for our last few days.

Good Choice

This property is really nice and is a great get away. It’s equipped with all your needs for beach trips and day lounging at the pool. The staff was really nice and helpful. The only con of the unit we had was that it listed as 3 bedrooms. However if your 3 couples this would not work. If your in the 2nd room you have to walk through the 3rd to get to a bathroom and if your in the 3rd space you have to walk through the 2nd to get to the common living area. Overall a great stay. Great staff and great location

My family of 5 just went to Aruba and stayed at the LeVent. The property was well taken care of, grounds and pool area very clean. The unit that we rented was ok. Although it was clean, it wasn't very homey feeling. The beds were extremely uncomfortable ( unless you like sleeping on cardboard), the couch was leather and uncomfortable, kitchen was well supplied, bathrooms were very small. The best part of this unit was sitting on the deck admiring the beautiful sunsets, the beautiful beach and watching the boats/ships and jet skis. This property is very quiet compared to some of the other resorts, so if you're looking for action, maybe an outside bar, restaurant, activities this resort/condo is not for you.
