PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This vacation rental retreat overlooking the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba pool area and the world-famous Eagle Beach, are just a few steps away and perfect for a warm-weather trip. The balcony with seating and a 3-piece bistro set offers a great area to enjoy the beach view with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

The living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your comfort in the corridor.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a chair, a built-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and access to the balcony. Additionally, the second bedroom is connected with a separate room which has a double-size bed, built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,440 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right corridor off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds and 1 double-size sofa-bed. Perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, looking for additional beds in 1 unit.

This unit is adjacent to the Seaside Paradise Two-bedroom condo (LV307) and the Vista del Mar Two-bedroom condo (LV309). Thus ideal for large groups that would like to be close but still have private condos, total it could sleep up to 18.

THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba offers a swimming pool, a separate large hot tub, a shallow pool area for the kids, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills with an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent special desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
