PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This vacation rental retreat overlooking the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba pool area and the world-famous Eagle Beach, are just a few steps away and perfect for a warm-weather trip. The balcony with seating and a 3-piece bistro set offers a great area to enjoy the beach view with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail.

The living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your comfort in the hallway.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV, a chair, a built-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. It also connects to an adjoining sleeping room that includes a double-size bed, built-in closets, and the en-suite bathroom with a shower. A door separates the two sleeping spaces, as it serves as a pass-through rather than a fully independent room.

This unit provides you with 1,440 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-Fi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right hallway off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 4 beds and 1 double-size sofa-bed.
