The Separate bedroom has a 2nd 40” Large Screen Smart TV and 2 Full Size Beds, nightstands, and a chest of drawers. Bathroom with has walk in shower

Very nice stay

Overall, a very comfortable stay and a nice location. Very clean, and we had everything we needed. Listing indicates 2 baths, this is not true, however the bath is very nice and the shower is 5 star!

It’s a run down facility that she bought and remodeled, seemingly on a budget. It’s just lacking some basics and some comforts that will maybe come in time. There were no reviews when I booked so maybe she was new at this. The location was perfect for walking. I didn’t get to use the pool due to weather but it looked decent. I personally won’t be looking at any properties available in this entire complex in the future.

We want to come back!

For starters, anytime you stay this close to the ocean, the salt and sand affect everything. If you're looking for things to complain about, please look elsewhere! The story here is location! When you enter this place, you see the ocean and when you leave, it's the last thing you see! Joe's Crab Shack is maybe 800 hundred feet away! If you're thirsty, there's a bar less than a hundred feet away and the Oasis Tiki Bar is 200 Feet! The pizza is excellent and nachos are good too! Live music and open dining looking at the ocean! Location, location, location! That's the story! Lastly, first thing you take care of is the parking pass!

Ocean view room

The room was in a great location. Perfect view of the ocean. There was a couple issues with the room. The room was not cleaned properly. It’s a room with a kitchen. After cooking and eating for a week we had to buy trash bags because we were only issued 2. There was only a roll and a half of tissue paper in the bathroom. We had to go buy more. We like to sleep in the living room and according to the web sight there was suppose to be double futon. There was no futon. The silverware could use an update and also the cups.

Dear Dwain Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation time in our place. We try to keep the our overhead at minimum to keep proving amazing affordable luxury for our guests. Therefore, and as advertised, we only provide starter supplies such as trash bags and toiletries. We pay top cleaners in our condos however you have to understand that Direct Ocean Front Condos get dirty quick unless you keep the condo wide sliding door of the balcony closed and never get in and out. The button line is we thing it is more economical for the guest to buy any antra supplies than having us to charge him for it.
