One bedroom separate from living room, ocean view condo close to all the attractions in Daytona Beach. We are a few miles from the international speedway, walking distance to Main Street, the boardwalk, bandshell, water park, restaurants, and shopping. Come and explore or just relax at our little paradise. Enjoy the beach, large heated outdoor pool and hot tub ocean front We also have the exercise room and game room. New exterior renovations just about completed. Some exterior finish work exterior finishing up soon.
This room has been remodeled recently, new furniture, flooring, bathroom, linens and more.

Great location

Partner and I stayed a week, Loree was very responsive to all of my messages. Location was great and we were able to find a parking spot on-site every night when there was a big event at the speedway.

It is a very nice little place. Very close to two really great restaurants and a very short drive to other convinces. Hoping that the next time we are down that Daytona has recovered more from the hurricanes.

This was our first time to Daytona! And what amazing time we had! Thought it was be super busy the week after 4th and it being July but it wasn’t at all! The host was so nice I literally texted her every day and she was so sweet! We were bummed the hot tub wasn’t working but that was out of her control! The suit was so cute and clean! Perfect for our family of four! We will def be back thank you for everything

Inattentive owner

Owner did not contact me about checking in via app as others had done on past. I messaged her to find out how to get in. Toilet was broken, cleaning tools left out (mop behind door to bathroom), no toilet paper and no garbage bag. I texted owner about toilet paper immediately. We walked to 7-11 that is 1/4 mile away and back before she replied. I told her I handled it and no apology or anything. Room was meh and so was condo. Pool was nice and so was being beachside. If I stay in area again, it will be in Ormond Beach. Much less touristy and quieter. That’s not a fault of the rental, just a 40 somethings view of a good weekend away.

I am sorry to hear that your experience was not positive. I am available by phone, text or through this site which ever the guest prefers. I responded as quickly as possible about the TP and informed where to find a roll in the room. I do suggest having a vehicle or accessing public transposrtation even though most everything is within walking distance. I set all contractor appointments around my guests stay if possible. This stay was two nighs and the toilet was functional. I notified my guest about the bolt so they would be aware and scheduled the plumber to arrive at check out to avoid disrupting their stay. The bolt did not affect the use of the toilet. Again I am truely sorry, I had no idea my guest was dissatisfied with the trip.

Great location and cozy!

Location is just far enough not to deal with lots of crowds but close enough to walk right to the boardwalk. Owner was amazing and easy to reach for anything you may need. Even the resort Staff was friendly.

We had a great experience because we chose not to have a car. Many things were within walking distance! The owner is fabulous and very attentive to your needs. The beach chairs could use an upgrade because I don’t think other renters dried them out before putting them away so there’s some rust! We had an overall great time!

We stayed with our 3 children (10 and under) and the smaller room accommodated us well! Everyone that was a worker was nice and always willing to help. The property was kept clean! Mrs. Lorrie was a great help! We had some problems upon arrival, but she was able to help us get the sorted very quickly! I had question later in our stay and when contacting Mrs. Lorrie she was very helpful then as well! Seemed as though she made her guest a priority! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Look no more this is the place!

This condo was amazing. Clean, well equipped, safe, spacious, great balcony for morning coffee. Pool is awesome, right on the beach. The owner is so sweet and attentive to anything you may need and is full of tips to make your vacation smooth and peaceful. Great kitchen set up. Well decorated condo, very soothing. Easy 25 min walk to pier with lots to do. Restaurants everywhere. Friday nights at 10 you get a free fireworks show with a perfect view from the balcony. I could go on forever, it’s a wonderful place.

Great Family Vacation

This was the perfect beach getaway for our family. We loved the pool, location, people and beach of this property. The unit was very nice and had what we needed for a family. However it is tight for five people. We chose to bring an air mattress to make sure our teenagers had enough sleeping space. We had the best time exploring the area including the pier, shops, boardwalk and restaurants which were all in walking distance. Loree was incredibly nice and helpful with everything. So much fun! Thanks!

My name is Loree. I am a Social Worker and I live on a horse farm in Ohio. I provide equine assisted therapies to improve emotional and mental health. I really enjoy my work, my family, animals and summertime. We have decided its time to get away and we intend to share this with others. I hope to spend as much time as I can with my mom who is 92 and other family members. We are making the best memories we can and I hope others will enjoy this little piece of paradise with their families as well.

Why they chose this property

Daytona Beach is a great place for a vacation and our condos location is just right for us. We are close enough to walk to all the attractions but not in center of it all. If you like to exercise you can ride a bike along the beach or work out in the exercise room right here at the resort. We also have a common area to visit with others and a nice game room. Our room has a great view of the ocean and you can see the pier which is where fireworks are displayed in the summer. I love the balcony and the view. I also love the fact that I can see the ocean even when I am sitting at the kitchen table inside the room. We are making memories and appreciating the time we have together as a family in Daytona and we are excited to share this with others.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a huge heated pool, a hot tub, gym and game room. We can walk to restaurants and the bandshell.... There is so much to do within walking distance.
