Prince Kuhio 113, just yards to the beach

Large, one-bedroom, first floor condo nestled between Prince Kuhio Park and tropical gardens. The living room has great views of the gardens and pool. You can see the ocean from your lanai and, at night, let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are a clothes washer and dryer in the condo, and local phone service is free.

There are two sandy beaches across the street. Swimming with sea turtles and observing the whales and monk seals is within 100 feet of the condo. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy, complete with picnic tables.

There is a nice variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area including The Beach House just across the road. Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town, Poipu Shopping Village and The Shops at Kukuiula. You will also want to visit Spouting Horn and National Tropical Botanical Gardens about a mile down the road. Just minutes away are golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor, there are open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.

Perfect location

My wife and I stayed at Prince Kuhio Condominiums for a week. We had a bottom floor condo, which was very nice, complex is very quiet, with a great location. The condo itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. There is no AC, but honestly you don’t need it with the breezes blowing through. We enjoyed the pool, which felt great after a day out. Very convenient location, across from The BeachHouse Restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

This home-away-from-home had everything we needed - Ocean View out the Lanai, a king size very comfortable bed, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fans, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel gear, fully stocked kitchen. Located next to Prince Kuhio Park and across the street from the ocean and the Beach House restaurant - with a pool, grills, koi ponds, beautifully landscaped - even with a herb garden. Parking off street in lot or in covered garage. Near Kukuiula shopping, running, biking, walking paths and moving sunrise vistas as well as across the street from sunsets!

The pool was unavailable for two days due to maintenance issues. In all fairness: All the units are individually owned, so I'm unsure if the condition of our unit was representative of all the units in the complex.

The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. We discovered a new flower every time we came or went. We literally were only a few steps from the pool. The bed was very comfortable and had a great park view and a bit of an ocean view too. This was so much more pleasant to stay at than one of those giant hotels where it takes forever to get to your room, the beach etc. Looking forward to returning!

The ground floor location with the lovely lanai overlooking the park is so peaceful. The kitchen is complete with quality pans and utensils required to cook. The washer/dryer are convenient in the condo. The king bed is very comfortable and the natural air flow through the condo refreshing. This is our first stay in 113, but not Prince Kuhio as we love the convenient location on Kauai. We will return.

We appreciated the kitchen was well equipped and that there were beach towels, chairs and snorkel kits. Only suggestion would be a door with a key pad so we didn't need to worry about the keys. We also couldn't figure out the DVD player. Not sure if it was not working or user error. We would definitely return. Amazing location!!!

Kauai get away

Great place. Amazing location: four minute walk to a nice beach. Has lots of amenities including boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and lotion. Beautiful lanai where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. Can be a little nosy with the chickens so bring ear plugs if noise bothers you! Would stay here again!

Great amenities and location

The condo was very clean and as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook most meals. They also supply lots of beach gear including a cooler and umbrella which came in handy. It is a bit warm with no air conditioning and the bed could use a memory foam mattress topper as it’s pretty hard.
