Modern, sauber, unkompliziert, angenehm.
Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben noch vieles Nützliche, über eine Grundausstattung hinausgehende, vorgefunden. Die Kontaktaufnahme und Abwicklung vor Ort mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Wohnung sauber. Abendessen bei Sonne auf dem Balkon (Anfang Mai!) - da kommt Urlaubsstimmung auf! Mit unserer kleinen Tochter hat es auch gut funktioniert. Es wurde ein Gitterbett und Spielzeug gestellt. Und dank der Fußbodenheizung war das Krabbeln auch auf den Fließen in Ordnung. Man wohnt mit Einheimischen im Haus zusammen und unsere Tochter hat hinterm Haus auf dem Spielplatz mit den "Nachbarskindern" gespielt. Die Straße ist belebt, aber nicht zu laut. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn die Waschmaschine benutzbar gewesen wäre. Aber es wirkte so, als wenn sie noch angeschlossen wird.
