Great views!

Beautiful location and house with great views of the mountains! The house was very peaceful, very spacious, comfortable and it had all the amenities needed! Great communication with Mary! No problems at all with check in. Highly recommend!

We were not disappointed in our stay! House is beautiful, comfortable beds, great views, awesome kitchen! Would definitely stay again! We moved to Alaska for work, but decided to stay because we fell in love with its beauty. In the summers, we love to fish and hike, and winters are reserved for back-country snowboarding and cross-country skiing. We also enjoy traveling and have been slowly adding to our passport collection! But, after every trip, we are excited to get back to Alaska for rest and relaxation.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of its location: it's secluded, yet easily accessible by the main road system, and conveniently situated near Anchorage. If you want to feel the privacy of Alaska, without too much isolation, this home is the place to be.

The lodge also offers a magnificent mountain setting for your outdoor wedding. Each summer, we typically host 2-3 small ceremonies.

What makes this property unique

This home has an open floor plan, with huge windows in the living room overlooking the beautiful mountains of the South Fork Valley. The property sits on 4.5 acres, with a creek running alongside. If you open the windows at night, you can fall asleep to the comforting sounds of the creek.
