Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Lovely, direct oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the car-free beach. Private oceanfront balcony with a fabulous view of the white sandy beach. Oceanfront living room with 40" flat screen HD TV, DVD, and stereo. Renovated, fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and dining room with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. Oceanfront master bedroom with king-size bed, 32" flat screen HD TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom with 2 fulls, TV/VCR, and 2nd bath with tub/shower. There is an extra rollaway bed. W/D is located on each floor. Wireless internet access.

The Hacienda del Sol I is a five-story oceanfront condo on the beautiful car-free beach of New Smyrna. Enjoy the sunset on your own private balcony or collect sea shells along the ocean side. Families will enjoy the great pool deck with an oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, gas bar-b-que grills, and a clubhouse. Laundry facilities are located on each floor and are coined operated. Some units do have washers/dryers inside the unit. Walk right across the street to shopping and dining.

Clean, pretty, good location. Would stay again! Because of the property management company, the unit has bare-bones in terms of paper, products, cleaning, materials, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc. fortunately, there is a Dollar General market directly across the street where we stocked up on all of the necessities, as well as a good supply of groceries. overall, a wonderful stay, we had a blast!

Our condo was beautiful and had everything we could imagine in it for us to use.

We had a wonderful time and definitely would do it again. Morning coffee on the balcony was so peaceful. The property was well maintained and clean. We used the club house and grills one day and it was a perfect t place for all of us to be together we had 5 rooms for our large family

Enjoy the beach 24/7

This was a perfect spot to enjoy the beach day and night, rain or shine. The corner balcony is private and provides cover from the elements. Spacious open floor plan and well equipped kitchen are well suited for your indoor time. Decorated for beach chic comfort. We'd book again. Bring your own beach chairs etc.

we very experienced travelers and sometimes have seen places that didn't look as good as the pics..not here tho ! amazing property and absolutely is oceanfront ..100% and that's what we wanted ..great view from balcony ..also the unit was immaculate and up to date with furnishings & decor ..we plan to return often

Awesome view off the balcony full ocean expanse.

I was very happy with everything. I wish the check-in time can be earlier. A lot of other places allow an earlier check in. By the time you can check- in the day at the beach, etc. is almost over & then you have to leave at 9:30 AM checking out. The accommodations were just as advertised.

The condo was very clean and nice. The owner did not let us use the pool & beach supplies in his personal storage and the owner of the condo my daughter stayed in did share all of his items.

Main bath fan needs replacement, very loud. Toilet in master bath did not fill, called service. They wanted to wait until Monday to send someone but on our insistence someone came over and it was addressed. Hot water breaker was off, first shower was a cold one, once we figured it out all was well. Loved the view the place overall was very nice.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for our anniversary. It is an amazing place with amazing views. The condo is outfitted with all the comforts of home. I can't say anything but wow about the view! I actually fell asleep on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. Great pool too!! Can't wait to go back! Close to "downtown" where there are great restaurants and shops.

family vacation

Our family has been staying at NEW Smyrna Beach for over 25 yrs now during the Labor Day weekend. Because our children are now grown and we have little grandkids, we wanted to be on the "no-driving" beach for safety reasons. We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful and well equipped condo, from the comfortable beds (often they are not) to the wonderful linens (often the towels are super flimsy)and the well stocked kitchen, to the fabulous view of the ocean! In fact, we have already booked our week for next year! We give it a triple A rating!

Great times, great place

Hacienda del Sol 1 is a great place to escape and enjoy the beach. My family loved the unit and the ocean view. My children loved having a large pool and a baby pool to play. Overall highly recommend the unit and the building!
