About this property

MeadowBrook Suite Deluxe 2 BDRM w/ Yard and Hot Tub

We have a beautifully located Hot Tub, just beside a babbling creek which boasts wildlife galore! Each bedroom and main room have TVs. Please enjoy Netflix on us if you're spending the night in. Each bedroom is equipped with a natural gas fireplace. Lastly, we offer a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen- from a gas stove to a big oven, dishwasher, blenders and more! Our suite is located in the Brackendale neighbourhood at the North end of Squamish. It is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise because we are surrounded by world class mountain biking, rock climbing, and skiing. We are also close to the Squamish river: fishing, eagle watching, hiking, parks and trails. We are a 5 minute drive
to Alice lake park and a stroll to the local coffee shop, bike shop, and eateries.

We have a wide range of amenities available during your stay, however there are a couple things to note:

The laundry room is shared and you may use the washer and dryer at any time. Please do not take any towels/wash clothes, bed sheets etc out of the laundry room without asking. We do our best to supply you with the appropriate amount of linens. If you need something, just ask- otherwise please leave the clean linens alone.

You may use the fire pit at any time (EXCEPT for when there is a FIRE BAN or when it is extremely windy) and we offer the use of our roasting sticks too, however it is up to you to bring your own wood to burn. Wood can be picked up at a local gas station or grocery store. We do NOT supply firewood. Please do not take from our shed. Also to note : Never leave the fire unattended! When you are finished, please use the garden hose to put it out.

Same goes for BBQing and the propane tank. We will do our best to fill it up when it becomes empty, but if you run out while BBQing, than it is your decision to fill it up again if you would like to continue using it :)
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Terrific place

Excellent location for just about anything you’d want to do. Nice quiet neighbourhood and great hosts. Hot tub was an awesome perk after whitewater rafting! We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a terrific experience staying at this property near Squamish. It was tidy, clean, private and perfect for our stay! Very close to trails and town and had everything that we needed! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We couldn't have had a better place to stay, and I very much hope these suites are available when we return next year! Communication was top notch, getting into the suite was easy, Wifi was fast, and the neighborhood was beautiful. We were close to everything we needed in Squamish. Our kids loved the beautiful backyard and stream, and we enjoyed the beautiful bird watching and peaceful evenings.

Relaxing and easy

We had a delightful stay. Having 2 on-suite bedrooms is really nice and the kitchen is well-equipped. The hot tub is amazing, and we highly recommend walking to the local coffee shop every day. A little more seating in the common area would be nice, but it is cozy and works well for up to 4 people. We would definitely come back.

Excellent home base

We had a wonderful and cozy stay here. I will say that the pictures do not do this home justice! The backyard is beautiful and so peaceful. The hot tub was super clean and perfect after a day of skiing. The home was a perfect size for all 4 of us. The host and family were responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay

We had a lovely stay at the MeadowBrook Suites. The location is excellent, easy walking distance to a coffee shop, trails, and beaches. Quick access to rock climbing, bouldering, and mountain biking as well as hiking trails. The suite is comfortable and well appointed, including fans which kept us cool during the hot summer days! The yard and patio are lovely and we enjoyed freshly picked raspberries each day. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and graciously accommodated our special request. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

Cosy, well equipped property

This property is in a quiet, suburban location, with views of the mountains in all direction. It was really cosy and had everything we needed to make our stay go smoothly. We really enjoyed the hot tub and watching the birds and ducks in the front garden. There’s a great coffee shop and cafe within walking distance. Wilf, the owner, was so helpful giving us recommendations for our trip to Vancouver Island, as well as responding quickly to a couple of things that needed sorting out. I would highly recommend this place.

We can't wait to stay again

It was such a wonderful property. Quiet. It felt secluded in the back even though it's in a residential neighborhood. Our only hand up was how to turn on the fireplaces. There were no clear directions or markings. Though we had prompt responses to our query we still couldn't figure it out. We certainly assume it was us just not looking properly 😉

Vélo de montagne

Le logement est parfait comme camp de base pour profiter du vélo de Montagne. Le terrain arrière est parfait avec le spa et la rivière qui borde le terrain. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus pour un voyage avec un autre groupe d’amis. Et pour les matins, il y a de l’excellent café à 2 mins àpied au Brackendale coffee bean.

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Le logement est confortable avec foyer au propane dans chacune des càc et au salon. De plus, planchers chauffants dans les salles de bain. Le seul bémol, le logement est situé sous le logement des propriétaires. L’isolation est déficiente et on entend les gens marcher, le piano et les conversations comme s’ils étaient à côté de nous. Aux gens qui aiment le silence: s’abstenir! Outre ceci, le logement est très bien.

Relaxing, quiet, R&R stay in beautiful Squamish

We were exhausted from our road trip from SF to Squamish but arriving at Catherine's place was like relaxing into a quiet oasis. The neighborhood is safe, close walking distance to a short trail along the river (with a great restaurant grill!), and easy driving distance to the gondola, lakes, etc. The place was less private than we're used to (upstairs neighbors live there regularly and were sometimes watering plants, etc. outside) - but they were so kind and friendly (and apparently helped stock the excellent kitchen utensils to allow cooking and baking during our stay!) that it was less of an issue for us, but may be important for those looking for a more private rental. Catherine the host was so gracious - we were enjoying our stay so much, we requested extending our time by an extra night, and she readily obliged. All in all we look forward to visiting Squamish again soon and would gladly stay at this beautiful spot again!

Graduation Trip

Our 17 year old graduated from high school and wanted to come to the Whistler Bike Park. This was in the perfect location. Squamish also had nice trails to ride. The suite was perfect for us. Plenty large for 3, clean, hot tub great for post riding, beautiful location, and comfortable. Thanks for having us. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing getaway

Enjoyed our stay very much. The property, amenities (hot tub) and location (Garbilaldi Highlands as a backdrop) were perfect. The backyard overlooks a small creek with wild life. The property had everything that we needed. Will definitely use it again.
