This space flows out to the rear screened in porch with outdoor dining area and built in grilling station.
Back inside, the dining area seats 4-8 at the dining room table plus seating for 4 at the counter top bar. The living room has comfortable reclining sofa and chair with a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and small computer station. This space leads to the front porch, with rocking chairs and year round views of Rattlesnake Mtn.
The Johnson Carriage House is a second floor unit and is accessed from the private single garage. It's located on the corner of Montreat Rd. and Beech St. and is next to the property manager’s private home and also above their private garage. The Johnson family will be sure to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
