Comfortable, clean & modern 1-bedroom, 1 full bath beach condo with all the comforts of home. Only 1 block to the beach!!!, promenade and Sea Isle's entertainment center - Excursion Park. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores.Sea Isle is a great place for a family, great restaurants and places to shop.
Kitchen has newer appliances, equipped with dishes and glassware enough for a family of 4.
This condo has 1 bedroom 1 bath and sleeps four comfortably. It includes 1 Reserved parking space. Pull-out sofa helps sleep 4 comfortably. (Comforter and Pillows are included, renter must supply all linens and towels)

This was a great rental! Very clean,great location— close to beach and the center of town
Only negative if you can call it that was that there is no place for clothes in the bedroom other than the closet
I don’t like digging through my suitcase
Other than that was a really nice place to rent!

The outside of this property looked very run down. The inside was nice and seemed clean. However there were very strong smelling air fresheners in the rooms when we checked in and the smell bothered our allergies. We unplugged the air fresheners and then the rooms all smelled moldy. The kitchen cabinets smelled especially moldy so we were afraid to use any of the dishes or cups. We will not be staying here again

I'm so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. There is absolutely no mold in the unit.When you live a block away from the water and its 100% humidity the air will feel damp. We are new to renting our home so thank you for letting us know about the air fresheners. We will remove them when guest come.
