Sit outside and toast the adventurers as they moor your boat on the 12m long private floating jetty with space for a 15m vessel.
Indulge in some canal fishing, or set off on your paddle ski.

500 metres up the street to the fish cleaning station, the marina, boat ramp and Game Fishing clubhouse. A stroll the other way to the Yacht Club and the town beach. ( which you can also access from a walkway just 4 houses away)

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in-house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability. Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

when we arrived the smell in the house was horrible, took 2 days to get rid of it the BBQ had been cleaned the pool maintenance/cleaner turned up unannounced while we having breakfast, didn't ask or introduce himself just walked from back of house

We are sorry to hear that you had some issues while staying at this property. Unfortunately, as these were not brought to our attention during your stay we were unable to attend to them at the time.
Our properties are inspected on the day of your arrival and our Inspections Officer has said that there was no smell during her inspection.
With regards to your comments about the pool contractor, we will certainly pass this onto him.

Well appointed holiday house with a swimming pool the kids lived in during our stay. Early morning and sunset fishing off the jetty was a bonus for the fishermen and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

we acknowledge that we were unable to accommodate you in your chosen property however we did in fact provide you with alternative accommodation that was superior to your original booking Including being located on the canals with an inground pool and jetty. We do understand that you had other family members not located in this area which may have caused inconvenience, however again, we do not feel that this warranted the score given for this property.
