Our condo faces Santa Cruz perfect for breathtaking sunsets. This newly purchased home is 1,100 sq. ft. and is available with remodeled features! Updated kitchen & bath. This home has a King bed in the Master, and 2 Queen size beds in the guest bedroom. Cable included. Enjoy our getaway home by the sea, in a safe, quiet beach side community. All linens, towels, kitchen equipment & dishes provided. A 42" TV, guest room TV, and comfortable furnishings make this a perfect family beach home!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Please be advised the fireplace in this home cannot be used until further notice.

Peaceful location with easy access to Monterey & Santa Cruz

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pajaro Dunes. It was a great place to use as a base to visit Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, and Santa Cruz. Also a nice peaceful place to hang out for itself ... nice beach, sunsets, bird watching, etc.. The unit was exactly as described, and Pajaro Dunes has plenty of Pickleball, Tennis Courts, etc. We had a great time and would be happy to visit again.

Great Condo

I have been going to Pajaro every summer since I was in diapers. I love that I now visit with my husband and daughter. This year my in-laws joined us. We had plenty of space. The condo had everything we needed. It was very nice, obviously recently updated. We all especially loved the owners beautiful artwork showcased in the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was GREAT!! We just experienced awful construction below our condo and that’s what made is a horrible experience. Nothing to do with the property itself or the staff! Just the construction

There was no barbeque, from the front door to some of the walls were dirty.. Dirty dishes not washed.. No barbeque, had to call the main office to patio furniture not very being very nice outside
