This place was awesome! Very clean, great communication. The kitchen was so stocked (except tongs which was literally the only thing missing) and the fridge was nice and cold when we got there (we have had this issue many times other places). The owners didnt skimp on matresses and nice pillows so everyone was actuallu able to sleep comfortably. Nice view and plenty of seating for our friends. Only thing was its second floor and one of the bedrooms is visable to the walkway so dont make the mistake of changing with the blinds open! Hahahhaha. We will probably be back soon!
Great location for a sea-side vacation! The unit and furniture are a bit old and could use an update but was comfy overall. This is within a great resort. However, it is a little far from basic conveniences and the roads from the highway have seen better days.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Wrong bed frame
Staff was nice..place was clean...location was good...although the filter on VRBO had it in beachfront...which led us to believe it was a unit on the beach side...also first night the wrong bed frame in the master and not changed until the next day ..meant one night sleeping on the floor.
We’ve stayed at various properties on site and continue to enjoy Pajaro Dunes. Location at the south end of the property is a great place to get away from the crowds and do some serious beach combing. Kids can spend hours walking the beach and looking for animals. Easy access to the beach. The property itself is nice and update.d. The only critique would be the shower heads could use replacement.
The property itself is fun to bike, scooter or rollerblade (we’re not runners). Lots of sports options including relatively new pickle ball courts. Equipment can be borrowed from the front desk if uou don’t bring your own.
The united is listed as a condo that sleeps 6. Unfortunately, the two "day beds" in what used to be the primary bedroom are dreadful. They may lay flat but are not long enough or comfortable to be considered a real bed. It was the worst six nights of sleep I've ever encountered. Return the "family room" to a proper primary bedroom or list the property as only sleeping 4. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of comfort, especially given the price paid.
1) The unit's windows need to be cleaned. 2) There is quite an infestation of termites around the window in the "nook" area. 3) the bottom dishwasher rack is broken and doesn't "roll" in and out of the dishwasher. 4) The shower in what used to be the primary bedroom leaks.
Overall, I was underwhelmed with the quality of the furnishings, linens, kitchen dishes and supplies.
My family and I (kiddos 19, 5, 3, and 1) had a nice time at this 2/3 bedroom condo. It's a very short walk to the beach, which is wide, wild, and beautiful. The condo has southerly views of the slough, flocks of seabirds, and, in the far distance, the Moss Landing power plant. It's a very quiet area, but with the constant sounds of pelicans and the occasional tractor in the adjacent strawberry fields.
The condo is in fair condition. Clean, but not immaculate. The kitchen had most common items that we needed, but not all. It works as a 3BR, but is really laid out as a 2BR plus an extra living room with pullouts (that worked well for the kiddos). The odd layout means that the proper bedrooms can also get stuffy and hot. Good wifi and work spaces that allowed us to work part time. The condo building is not soundproof and you can hear folks walking around; however, the neighbors, including owners, were incredibly friendly and welcoming given that our brood was a large one and prone to occasional bouts of toddler irrationalities.
Pros:
Wonderful sandy beach with terrific access (1.5 flights of stairs)
Don't miss the strawberry vendor by Hwy 1
Bunnies and hummingbirds were a hit with the kids
Comfortable, functional space
Cons:
Not as nice as other condos that we've stayed at in Pajaro Dunes at lower cost
Won't have an ocean view (if that matters to you)
Small for a 3BR
Bring all of your kitchen supplies, just in case
View of pelican colony, and many other birds, on the Pajaro river from the windows. Well stocked kitchen, with electric stove. Couches that convert to beds were very comfortable, even for adults. Several games, paperbacks, and children's size wet suits available. Beach access less than 1 minute from walking out the door.
I had a great time with my family there. It was great to relax and not worry about anything, that was the best. The place was perfect for my family. The worst part about the trip was having to leave. Thanks so much for allowing me and my family to be able to make great memories!!!!
We had an end unit which was clean and quiet. 2 big beds were great but the 2 pull out futons were pretty rough to sleep on as an adult. They had everything we needed as far as pot pans and containers and we even figured out how to use th apple TV once we went to the store for a battery for the remote. Awesome beach access and plenty of space to take a run/exercise. Bring binoculars! We WILL be back!

Nice unit but needs to be updated
Our family loves to stay in Pajaro Dunes and this unit was the perfect size. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities (except wooden/rubber spoons for cooking and placemats for the table). Both bathrooms are small with very little counter space for your toiletries. The bathrooms definitely need to be renovated, especially the tub/shower (the shower heads are awful). There is a propane grill on the balcony, but a gas cannister isn't supplied so you need to bring your own. Also, I wanted to have early check in, but Pajaro Dunes Resort charges a $75 fee (I've never been charged extra for early check in). Overall the unit was very clean and well maintained, but considering how much we paid it should have been a lot nicer.

AHHHHHH!
We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. It was soo quiet and we loved relaxing after a busy day in Monterey area. Watching the birds in the estuary was really entertaining.
The condo was very comfortable for the 5 of us girls. Two of the beds were futons, but the girls said they were fine. Thank You. Hope to be back soon.
