This spacious beachfront condo makes the perfect get-away for a family, a couple, or a group of friends. Step into the gulf of Mexico, beach comb for shells; marvel at the sunsets from your own balcony, dip in the heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi; BBQ on the outdoor grill, enjoy the upbeat, local restaurants, explore the culture and museums of St. Petersburg; or relax indoors with stunning ocean views.

Ours is an end unit on the fifth floor. Recent renovations include carpets, furnishings, and upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, small appliances, and a full sized refrigerator and freezer. Flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo equip the living area. The in unit washer/dryer ensure you can go home with clean clothes! Free WiFi.

The unit sleeps up to 8:
-Master suite features king bed, full shower with Jacuzzi tub, and an ocean balcony.
-Double bed suite includes pull-down Murphy bed, full bath with bathtub, and kitchenette with optional private entrance.
-Third bedroom contains two over sized twin beds and nearby full bath with shower
-Queen sleeper bed in living area
-TVs in every bedroom and the living room

Going Back in Time

This place hasn't changed since the 80s! It was super clean, but the decor, bedding, kitchen items, etc. have not been updated at all. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. The property manager was communicative until we actually arrived. Then, when I reached out and shared concerns (stained sheets and broken shower), he didn't even reply. The place is clean and on the beach.

The top floor views are great and the 3rd bedroom is more like an efficiency apartment- great for our 18 year old.
