This newly refreshed 4 bedroom -4 1/2 bathroom cottage is situated on a lagoon adjacent to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club. It is centrally located, within walking distance to all resort amenities.

This home has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, and an extra-long island with bar stools. An inviting dining area seats 8, which is adjacent to the great room with a gas fireplace and a 85" Smart television and DVR.
There is a laundry room on the first floor, as well as a bar area in the kitchen.
The screened in porch faces west and looks out on the pond at the back of the house. It offers a 75" Smart TV and ample seating, including a dining area to enjoy the water view and beautiful sunsets. Just off the porch, there is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a gas barbecue overlooking the pond.
Each of the four bedrooms has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and comes equipped with one 55" Smart television in the master. There are 48" Smart televisions in the other 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are fully stocked with all of the amenities you have at your own home or a luxury hotel. There are 2 king master suites downstairs and 2 king master suites upstairs. Additionally, there is a cozy upstairs den with another seating area, TV and desk. There is a dedicated desk with a computer monitor for your use.
The cottage offers a Sonos sound system throughout, with individual controllers in the bedrooms.
There is also fire wood stacked for your use while you are staying at the house.
This home comes with a driveway which will fit 2 small cars or 1 large car. There is also parking on a bricked paved parking pad across from the house.

Fantastic Stay in Palmetto Bluff

We loved our stay in Palmetto Bluff and can't wait to get back! The house was everything as pictured and more. It's in the perfect location of Wilson Village, steps away from RT's Market, the racquetball club, and the Montage, where there was daily cookies and lemonade and s'mores for my kids. Lisa, our house manager, was wonderful and so communicative and helpful in answering all our questions and needs. We can't wait to return to Palmetto Bluff!

Great Property

We’ve been going a few times a year to Palmetto Bluff since 2009. A lot has changed since then. Recently it feels as though there is somewhat of a tension between members, hotel guests, and Vrbo/3rd party guests. With 3rd party being at the bottom. The one constant over the years has been Buffalos restaurant, always great service and great food. The service at the hotel restaurant was not great. It felt like they were constantly overwhelmed. Not sure if it’s a staffing problem or not. The current property manager for this property scan be hard to deal with. There was confusion with dates we were staying and making restaurant reservations. I’ve used her two times and although the ads say they can get you tee times, I suggest you check in advance as she has never been able to get a tee time. Putting that aside the actual house is great and very comfortable.

As in life things change.-and Palmetto Bluff has gone through a growth spurt which has taken this wonderful resort and home to many to another level. So there may be bumps along the way! Unfortunately for this guest experienced the growing pains. As far as getting a tee time there is no problem getting a tee time--this guest didn't want to pay the price to get on the course. There isn't a problem getting a tee time accept during holiday weeks. Resturant reservations can be made in advance through the property manager who has been representing the owner since she bought the home.

Perfect Get Away for Couples

We spent three nights with a group of 8. The property was immaculate and perfect for our group! We loved the screened in porch, the spacious kitchen, and the beautiful 4 master suites. This property was a 10! Palmetto Bluff is amazing and we rented bikes, kayaked and loved the pool!

Beautiful home in perfect location

Absolutely wonderful experience and would highly recommend home. The owners taste for design is evident in furnishings with a comfortable but upscale feel to each room of the house. Every detail for comfort was considered. Bedrooms/bath perfect. Kitchen and family room provides enough space for entertaining and outside porch area is a bonus. One of the best Christmas experiences for our adult family.

Comfortable and convenient

This property was very convenient to Wilson Village and the convenience store which is helpful when you have the family all together and need quick access to things. During these times of staying low key and apart from other people this proved to be a great place. The house had plenty of living space inside and out and Palmetto Bluff always has plenty of space to bike, walk, run, etc. while we did not partake in the community festivities, and there were many, we still had a great stay.

This cottage is close to all the Palmetto Bluff amenities either by bike or walking. If golf cart is your choice of travel you can rent one from the Inn's Recreation Department. Nearby within walking distance is Palmetto Bluff's beloved RT's Market - a gourmet grocery store.
It is in a residential section of Palmetto Bluff but in an area known as the Sports Cottages....... within walking distance of the basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocci ball and croquet courts you can see why it is aptly named.
