Sleeping arrangements
With space for up to six guests, the layout is designed for both comfort and privacy. The main suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and plenty of natural light. A second bedroom offers a full bed with a pull-out trundle, ideal for families or friends traveling together and bathroom. Upstairs, a cozy loft with two twin beds creates a fun and inviting space for children. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable living spaces
The open-concept living and dining area invites everyone to gather. High ceilings and large windows make the space bright and airy, while the seating area offers a comfortable place to watch TV or catch up after the day’s adventures. The dining table seats eight, making it ideal for shared meals or board games.

Fully equipped kitchen
Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or cooking a full dinner, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Appliances include a stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, & coffee maker. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided.

Work and extended stays
Planning a longer visit? This condo is well-suited for extended stays. A washer and dryer are available for convenience, and high-speed Wi-Fi plus a dedicated workspace make it easy to work remotely.

Pet-friendly stay
Bring along your four-legged companions - up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and additional fees.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
