Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to six guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The main suite includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a full bed with a pull-out trundle, and the loft provides two twin beds in a bright, open space that’s ideal for children or extra guests.

Living spaces
A light-filled living room centers the home, featuring a TV with standard cable, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating, and an indoor fireplace. Gather here to unwind after a day out or enjoy a meal and conversation at the adjoining dining table, which seats eight comfortably.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics and dinnerware are provided, allowing you to prepare meals with ease before relaxing together or heading out to nearby restaurants.

Outdoor living
Step onto the screened lanai for fresh air and quiet surroundings shaded by greenery. The shared community pool and nearby playground provide space for outdoor leisure within the neighborhood, perfect for an afternoon swim or time with family.

Enjoy the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, washer, dryer, and parking for two vehicles. Essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
