Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to six guests with two private bedrooms and a children’s loft. The main suite offers a king bed with its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed with a pull-out trundle, while the upstairs loft provides two twin beds in a cozy nook just for kids. Fresh bed linens, extra pillows, hangers, and clothing storage make settling in simple.

Living spaces
An open-concept layout with high ceilings creates an inviting place to gather. The living room includes ample seating and a TV with standard cable, ideal for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the atmosphere comfortable year-round.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. You’ll also find dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Share meals at the dining table, which seats up to eight, making it just as easy to host family dinners as it is to enjoy a quick breakfast.

Outdoor living

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
