Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms and a loft. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed with a pull-out trundle, and the upstairs loft offers twin beds - well suited for younger guests. Two full bathrooms keep daily routines comfortable.
 
Living spaces
High ceilings and an open-concept layout give the main living area a light, airy feel. Comfortable seating, a TV with standard cable, a dining table, Wifi, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to unwind or stay productive.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and dishes you need. A nearby dining table is a natural spot for shared meals.
 
Outdoor & community
The screened lanai extends your living space outdoors. The community pool is available year-round, and a nearby playground is on-site. As part of TPC Sawgrass, guests can access the community clubhouse and book tee times at TPC Sawgrass or The Yards. Note: there is no designated beach access within the TPC community.
 
Essentials
Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a washer, dryer, and standard home safety features are all included. Free parking for two vehicles and a private entrance round out the stay.
 
Location
Ponte Vedra places you close to local dining, everyday conveniences, and some of Florida's most celebrated golf. Beaches are a short drive away.

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-This Property has a 2-week minimum stay requirement.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
