Just listed! Our calendar is now open and accepting reservations. Be one of the first guests to book Ocean Villa 2: Cozy 2nd floor Oceanfront Condo! This 2 bedroom condo is the perfect oceanfront vacation. Located ON the beach! You and your guests can enjoy salt air breezes all day long from the covered balcony and from the beach. Take a stroll to the nearby restaurants or shops or stay in! The home is stocked with everything you need for a quick stay or an extended vacation.

Professionally decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. Oceanfront balcony gives you beautiful ocean views. The beach is your backyard. Stairs are accessible from the balcony, and you are steps to the beach through your direct access.

A cozy villa perfect for small group and hosts up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The guest room has and two twins, private bathroom access to the guest bathroom, and a smart TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need for dining in. You just need the food! The dining table is a great spot to get some work done with views of the ocean.

Beach essentials are provided, so you pack your suit and sunscreen. You won't want to leave once you get here.

Looking to book for a bigger group? We also have Ocean Villa 1, downstairs to this villa, as part of our Ocean Villas booking. It also hosts up to 6.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

Great location and excellent view!!

This 2 bedroom condo is in a central location for Jax Beach and more. The view is undeniably beautiful. Master BR and updated bath are awesome. 2nd bed and bath very comfortable. Kitchen has modern amenities and well stocked with the basics. The patio overlooking the ocean is the place to be. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.

Great views

The rental was very nice, as we have stayed here several times, however this time the street was tornbup with construction work, very muddy and wet. Overall, a very nice visit.

Much needed fall break

I brought 3 of my young adult children and a friend for a much needed fall break. Driving in (a Sunday evening), we came through a busy, crowded, and somewhat rowdy area. We were so thankful that we’d chosen a property just outside that neighborhood…. we had all the conveniences anyone could possibly hope for, without all the loud nighttime activity we avoid. None of us will forget stepping into the foyer hall and then turning the corner to the most amazing view! This condo had giant double door sliders that opened to a never ending view of the ocean! Sunrises were stunning! Having a fully equipped “home” was priceless…. we were unable to pack all of our usual beach paraphernalia due to bringing a smaller vehicle, but we missed nothing, because, to our surprise, this place had it ALL. The private entrance from the parking lot was perfect… and so easy. The private stairs down from the (securely locked) deck made it a breeze for everyone to come and go to the beach. Miranda and Jacob were amazing and attentive and I feel like I’ve made new friends. We all very much needed a peaceful break, and that’s exactly what we got.

Beach Week

We enjoyed staying at this condo on Jax Beach. It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were super comfortable. I had a little issue unlocking the door because I was following the written instructions that were emailed to me. I didn’t realize that I needed to read the note on the door as well. My only real complaint is that the master bath has poor water pressure when you flush the toilet. You can’t wash your hands in the sink right after flushing without getting water all over the counter. Other than that, we would stay there again.
