Cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment is perfect for a smaller group. Located in front of Los Perros beginner surf break and short walk from world class surf breaks Panga Drops and Colorados .

It comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and has everything you need. This condo complex has access to the beautiful pool right on the beach. Across the reaver you have access to Rancho's Santana Restaurant La Taqueria thats open for breakfast and lunch.

Hacienda Iguana Beach and Golf Resort has a lot to offer: 3 surf Breaks (Colorados, Panga Drops and Los Peros), 5 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, Satori Spa and Gift Shop, Brewery, ATM, Golf Course, Horse back riding, volleyball, fishing, yoga and unbelievable sunsets!
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Terrific view and nice place!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The villa was perfect for our needs and the property manager was very helpful. We hope to definitely return in the future!

Didn't actually get to stay here, but...

We had hoped to stay here but were not able to because Hacienda Iguana shut down due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This would have been very disappointing, except that Robert right away found us a beautiful alternative place to stay and was SUPER accommodating. I was so impressed and very thankful for his commitment to working it out for us. Thanks so much!
