House of Emotions/ Apartment "Helios" Sitia Crete

First floor apartment of a fully renovated two-storeyed building of the 60s, a few minutes walk from Kazarma fortress and very near to the center. It belongs to the old town neighbourhoods. Strolling down the scenic streets to the seaside with the shops and restaurants is a real pleasure. The space is decorated with care and good taste. The apartment can be combined with the one downstairs (apartment "Rodanthi"), if two families or companies wish to be near eachother, but independently.

The space

This house reminds me of the perfect summers of my youth ("House of Emotions" is named after that). So Ι renovated it with love and care keeping some vintage pieces of furniture and family photos but giving them a new life .
Some convinient facilities are placed in every room to make your stay better. There is a terrace on top and can be used if one wishes.
The house is in walking distance from the beach and the old town-center. From the airport you can come by taxi , paying a standard of 9 €. From the bus station the taxi charges 5 €, baggages fair included.

Guest access

The entrance is on the road. After you unlock the door, you need to take the stairs up to the first floor where there is a safety door for the small children. The flat has no more steps inside it and it is totally for your use: One spacious master bedroom, a medium size kitchen fully equiped , another bedroom with a big table for various uses and a spacious bathroom. There is a comfortable balcony and also another stairway is leading to the terrace behind locking door. You can use the terrace if you so wish.

Interaction with guests

Unfortunately I am not living permanently in Sitia, but I will always be available on the chat for any questions and imformation needed . Nevertheless there is a person nearby, who will be available if any problem appears. She will be present to deliver the key and guide you through the house if your arriving is at a reasonable time (not too early /not too late), or else you will find the key in a special key-box .

Other things to note

There is a terrace upstairs you can use for having a better view arround or for getting a suntan. Of course if there are any children they should be taken care of while staying on the terrace. Also the apartment has a spacious balcony for you to enjoy your breakfast or smoke if you wish, since smoking is something i would not like to be done in the house.
