Backyard COZY Cottage in the heart of Houma!

COZY backyard private cottage studio in the heart of HOUMA!! We are Located 1/2 mi. North of the Houma Civic Center near the Intracoastal Waterway. We offer a beautiful space-perfect for a couple's getaway or business work trip! There is a lovely area with gardens, a fenced courtyard, and pool. The 322 sq ft. studio cottage includes Wifi, a full bathroom w/shower, and kitchenette, games, access to Netflix/Prime. Enjoy the patio full of plants, take a nap on the loungers , or simply unwind and relax and enjoy your view of cypress and magnolia trees with a glass of wine on the poolside patio. This recently remodeled cozy cottage is your home away from home while enjoying your bayou getaway!

Stay at this property for one week (Sunday to Sunday) while in Houma for training. The property had everything I needed for the week, and the owners were very friendly. If I was in the need to stay in Houma again, I would absolutely stay here again.

I should have read the direction better. The fact that it was someone’s back yard was very unsettling. There was no privacy. Every time I went outside I either saw someone or heard someone right around the corner. We did not feel comfortable to go swimming. The room was small if felt like we were literally sleeping in a closet with a couch and tv. The pictures can be very deceptive. There was very little parking and room to unload the car. We had a guess come over , within 5 mins we were asked to move the car so owner could get his truck out. Very inadequate parking. Overall, it was a cute little place. It was clean. The husband of the home was very nice, but there was no privacy.

Great stay in Houma!

My husband and I came to Houma for a wedding and the backyard cozy cottage was perfect for us! Everything was so cute and clean! I enjoyed having my coffee while enjoying the lovely backyard area. We highly recommend a stay at the cozy cottage! Also....do not miss out on a swamp tour with the swamp man in Gibson LA. Thanks for a great stay!

I love gardening, cooking , I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I have been married for 11 years and my husband has 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren. We bought this home because we fell in love with the front of the house and the backyard. It is very peaceful and private. Bird watching is a must! The sound of the waterfall in the pool can soothe one's soul and help to relax and unwind.
