This newly remodeled, cozy, 2nd story condominium is conveniently located on the Telluride River Trail and overlooks the San Miguel River. You'll enjoy your own private deck, step outside to the river trail and fall asleep to the sound of the San Miguel river rushing by.

Host was super responsive and helpful. There was also a book that she made in the condo with tons of good suggestions. The location was awesome! Short walk to skiing and all the restaurants. Hot tub was really nice as well.

This place is wonderful. Great location, just steps from the free gondola or chair 7 or all the shops and restaurants of town. Cozy, with an adequate kitchen (and we may or may not have left you a nice half bottle of 10 year Whistle Pig - if you know you know!) host was very responsive and conscientious. Cannot recommend this enough!

Our stay at Jennifer’s property was perfect for our needs while visiting for a wedding. It was within walking distance of downtown and easily accessible. Jennifer’s property was clean and tidy and was thoughtfully thought out to accommodate all ages. We were there with my two year-old daughter, and there were plenty of toys, puzzles, and coloring books if she got bored with what we brought. Hands-down would stay with Jennifer again and looking forward to our next visit!

Owner of a communications agency and mom to two great sons. We adore our time in Telluride, but also occasionally rent our property so that others can enjoy the beautiful box canyon.

Why they chose this property

Our home in Telluride is an end unit, and it gets amazing light. You can fall asleep to the sound of the river and sit and watch the gondolas traipsing up and down the hill all day. It is right in the heart of town, steps away from one of the best restaurants. And there is a huge hot tub with views and a pool. It's really a very special spot.
