This home was recently remodeled and awaits you! All the wholesome amenities you would expect at your own home so don't bring anything except your food, clothes and toothbrush!

Private retreat surrounded by tall pines and juniper trees. Back yard is completely fenced with 5’ fence.  Lovely views. Great location -  Only a 5 minute drive to downtown, yet you feel like you're truly away from it all.  Cool and relaxing - quiet and peaceful. All the comforts of home - no need to go anywhere when you can relax on the lovely wrap around deck and enjoy the cool mountain air.  

- The home has been recently remodeled with new flooring, updated kitchen & bathrooms, high-end furniture and quality bedding.

- The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals - quality cookware, knives & utensils, lovely dishware & silverware as well.

We are outgoing people who enjoy the outdoors including horseback riding, motorcycle riding and hiking with our dogs. We were guests at The Inn at Copper Basin. We enjoyed it so much we decided to buy it and share with future guests.

Why they chose this property

This property is well maintained and just a short 5 minute drive from historic downtown Prescott. It is clean, comfortable with cozy decor and pet friendly with high quality amenities. Once you’re there you won’t want to leave.
