This Villa is well suited for families with children and friends looking to build memories that will last a lifetime.

The Space:
*Best Location* This stunning, contemporary beachfront house, located on Malibu Road, has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with beautiful panoramic views of the Colony and Santa Monica Bay and beyond. A bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings boasts hardwood floors and chefs kitchen. The living room and master bedroom both open to an expansive balcony space that overlooks the beaches. Endless coastline and Pacific Coast views. Direct beach access from the deck of the property. The property has central air conditioning.

IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Beautiful house

The house is very clean and the view is spectacular. Just parts of the house electricity are off for sometimes so when that happens, we could not turn on the bedrooms / living room lights and the washer or dryer. The house manager was very responsive, trying to solve the problem and sent someone to fix it, but it will be fixed for a little bit and turn off again and it’s hard for someone to keep coming to the house for that. Other than that, everything was great. We will definitely like to go back again.

Wonderful location/spectacular views

The house is amazing -showstopper and great location. We did need the windows cleaned -property manager was right on it and it made a huge difference. The listing says 3 bed /3 bath but really only 2.5 baths . Overall just a terrific property-and well stocked . Wonderful beach for walking when the tide is out . Walking distance to Malibu country mart and about 1 mile to Malibu pier .
