This spacious 1420 square foot town home has been completely renovated. New white kitchen cabinets with stainless steel appliances. The living room is furnished with new furniture and a large screen television for watching movies or sports. The two upstairs bedrooms are both master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The washer dryer is located near the dining room. The courtyard is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There is one designated parking spot but guest parking as well.

Location...check. Amenities...check. Value...check. Parking...check. Ludene was a pleasure to deal with. She answers the phone when you have an inquiry and responds to you message promptly when you inquire about availability. The townhouse has just been nicely renovated. The pool is about a twenty second walk away and most importantly, a parking spot. The location is ideal for dining, freeway access yet out of the hustle of Scottsdale. Clean, quiet and in a very safe area. Highly recommend. Will be back. We unknowingly timed it right to go to the Barrett/Jackson car auction. Thank you so much for you hospitality!

Spring training vacation

Decided to go despite spring training being cancelled. Very clean place, excellent location. Appreciate the hospitality by Ludene, flight cancelled with COVID-19 going on and let me stay an extra day to get everything sorted out. Forever grateful and will definitely book in the future.

This condo is perfectly located in Scottsdale, it is only a short walk to Scottsdale Stadium and Old Town. The condo was very comfortable for the two of us and the two times we had guests. It is very clean and everything we needed was there. Owner was exceptional to work with. We had a great time.

Nice, clean townhouse near Old Town and everything you need

This is a convenient spot for 2 couples to stay and relax. It's walking distance to Scottsdale Old Town for dining, entertainment and shopping. The place was clean, with a nice patio in back. The host is readily available to you and quickly responsive to any questions. Great value; we would stay again.
