Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Lock all doors, leave AC on (auto). You will find 2 baskets in the closet, please place used towels in them.
Lastly, please place your garbage in the “Recycle & Trash room” located in the second floor. First room on your right hand side leaving the elevator when are walking towards the hallway,
Lock the door as usual. Wishing you a safe travel and that we will see you again soon.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The suite had everything I needed: nice shower, comfy big bed, nice TV, and more like the mini fridge and stovetop. The microwave is tiny, but gets the job done for single plates/cups. 4th floor balcony overlooked the pool and I could see some of the nearby attractions from there. It was perfect walking distance from some great restaurants, public transportation and shops. Very close to Icon Park, too. I loved this place and want to stay here again.

The room was great for my husband and I. It was very clean and AJ did a great job of communicating the check in process as well as responding to a few questions we had. The location was amazing - one of the reasons I chose this listing. I needed to be close to the Convention Center as well as Universal. This listing was both. We would stay there again.

The communication was poor from host. We did not get entrance instructions until the last minute. The AC was on 73- not able to change and it was very warm inside unit and building, felt as if it were broken. The shower only stayed hot long enough for one person. There were no extra blankets or towels. It is convenient to some restaurants, not far from parks and had multiple pools/spas to enjoy.

Overall a good stay. The room was clean and modern. Was well equipped and met our needs as we did not dwell for long at the property. As far as outside the room, the property could use some work to refurbish. The hallways were not in great shape.
