This sophisticated vacation rental penthouse located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, offers you enchanting views of the Caribbean Sea, elegant living areas, a spacious private rooftop, and a great location only minutes from the world-famous Eagle Beach.

The spacious private rooftop features a seating area with loungers in the sun, a dining table, and an outdoor countertop with a sink. There is plenty of sunshine to soak up during the day, in the evening enjoy stunning sunsets, or linger on the rooftop for a little stargazing at night. The stunning views continue on the balcony that stretches across the living room and both bedrooms with a wall of sliding glass doors to enjoy the beach scenery. Bring up to six friends or family members for a memorable holiday.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a large 3-seat sofa with a chaise, a sound system for your entertainment, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 6-barstools. The entrance has a spiraling staircase to the rooftop and the laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. The primary bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and calm down during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has also a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 2,000 square feet of living space and about 1,900 square feet of outdoor space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and three cable TVs (in the living room, primary, and third bedroom). This unit is located on the left hallway off the elevators on the sixth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds.

Please note that while the penthouse does not include a private BBQ grill, the resort offers convenient communal BBQ facilities for all guests to enjoy.

THE RESORT
The pool area at LeVent Beach Resort Aruba is set amidst lush tropical landscaping and features a swimming pool, a large hot tub, a shallow pool area for kids, and various sunny or shaded lounge areas, offering a tranquil retreat within the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
