Walkable friendly neighborhood with access to Public Beach…. Listing is not accurate and window AC units for second level that need better ventilation. Outside table umbrella did not work and the grill was not clean and area next to washer dryer had sand everywhere!! Upon arrival the trash was full and overflowing and was addressed the next morning.. My family are neat freaks so we left the property far better than when we arrived.. We communicated our issues on form left with key drop off..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Harwich Port. The location truly cannot be beat—just a short walk to a charming public beach. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and feels very safe, with beautifully maintained homes and friendly neighbors and vacationers.The house was clean upon arrival and nicely furnished. The sunny living room has a relaxed, beachy feel and plenty of space for yoga, games, or watching television. The open-plan kitchen is versatile, with counter seating and a dining table. There is also a lovely outdoor dining area toward the rear of the property, with convenient access to the kitchen through a second entrance.A few details could use attention. The upstairs air conditioning was not working, and although fans were provided, it remained quite warm. This did not affect us, as we used the downstairs primary bedroom, which had excellent air conditioning, but it could be uncomfortable for a larger group. Some of the sectional cushions also lacked support and could use replacing.The downstairs bathroom is located within the laundry room, with no separation around the toilet, which is an unusual arrangement. The light outside the front door was not working, so we needed our phone flashlights when returning at night. Solar lights were present but mostly covered by plantings.These are constructive suggestions, as we truly enjoyed the house, neighborhood, and exceptional location.

Wonderful property!

The house is very cozy, meticulously kept & is very well-stocked with essentials. Having access to a wonderful private beach within a 5-minute walk is a huge bonus. A 4-minute drive to the nearest grocery store is awesome too

Pleasant, perfect location

This was the perfect house for our first family vacation with our son. The beach was within walking distance and it was a lovely neighborhood to walk around. The lawn was just the right amount of space for my 17 month old to run around. No complaints at all!
