Soak in the privacy of the new outdoor covered al fresco domain and large rear lawn area (fully fenced), which is directly opposite the 3rd hole at Safety Beach Golf Club. Coastal serenity and the peaceful surrounds of Fairway Views offers dining al fresco year round for up to 7 people. This property is a fabulous choice for golfing, winery visits (Red Hill) or as a beach destination year round (being only 900m from the bay beach) - so close to all three your will want to return again!

Fairway Views is located on the very private 3rd hole of Safety Beach Golf Course. The golf course forms part of Safety Beach Country Club, which offers tennis, mini golf, an outdoor swimming pool, foot soccer (on the 1st 9 holes) and 18 hole golf course - all right on your doorstep! The Atrium at the Club offers family friendly lunch and dinner, with a kids play room (only 800 metres). A destination families will love!

The welcoming open plan kitchen, living, dining space of Fairway Views is immaculately designed, filled with light and has recently been refurbished. There is a breakfast bar to accommodate children and fully stocked kitchen appliances, including a coffee machine.

One Master Ensuite bedroom (with shower/toilet and vanity) the main bathroom, (with shower, bath and vanity) and separate toilet. The perfect set-up for a family holiday, couples retreat (up to 3 couples) or a relaxing girls weekend away.

If you have a dog then you can bring him/her too as Fairway Views is a pet friendly home, encompassing a huge fully fenced rear yard with ample room for your pet to run around and enjoy the uncover al fresco shaded areas on hot/wet days.

Please Note: Pets accompanying guests must be approved by us prior to booking.

There is a carport available for undercover parking of a car/boat also ample parking in the driveway for 1-2 more cars.

Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps 7 across 4 separate beds. Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay.
Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

i. This property is pet friendly upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families, couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
