The private sanctuary boasts a large solar heated pool complete with gas heated spa, large entertaining deck with weber bbq, cubby house and trampoline for the kids all within the fully fenced yard.
Comfortably sleeping 10 guests over 4 bedrooms this retreat is tastefully decorated with enough space to keep the whole family happy even with a dedicated kids living bedroom space.
Located in a sought after location in Rye, only a short distance to beach, shops and restaurants and only a short 8 minute drive to Peninsula Hot Spring and Alba Thermal Springs & Spa.
Featuring 2 living spaces at opposite ends of the house, both with air conditioning units that service these living spaces and the bedrooms, both with comfy couches, the main living space off the kitchen has a dining table, gas log fire place boasting in natural light from all directions.
Leading out to the main outdoor living space with outdoor table, bbq and umbrella, moving down to the fully fenced pool area with lounge chairs.
Other features include full size kitchen with butlers pantry, dishwasher and coffee machine (beans), laundry with washing machine and dryer, wifi, smart TV’s, high chair, stair gate, porta cot (please bring your own cot linen)

Master bedroom with Queen Size bed and ensuite
Second bedroom with Queen Size bed
Third bedroom with Queen Size bed
Fourth bedroom with 2 x sets of bunks, sleeping 4 (downstairs in the kids retreat)

Off street parking behind gates (garage and studio not accessible)
No schoolies, no events, no parties, quiet enjoyment only
