Relax by the solar heated pool or enjoy the spectacular water views on the covered balcony, sunsets, sunrises, ships and dolphins as they pass by. Entertaining is a breeze with the outdoor wicker chaise lounge suite and BBQ aptly provided for enjoying long summer days outdoors.
The deluxe in-ground solar heated pool (3m x 12.25m) is privately positioned behind the house and is beautifully protected from the elements. The stylish design evokes relaxation and peace. Recliners are provided poolside as is a covered entertainment area in front of the cabana.*
A modern style kitchen just inside the balcony adjoins the lounge facing an open fireplace alongside the large dining table (seats 12). A self contained studio wing is perfectly positioned alongside this area with another dining room (seating 8), chaise lounge suite (and fold out double sofa bed - suitable for children only and is must be pre-booked), TV, heating/cooling, kitchenette (with fridge and microwave) water views and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms (one with a single and double bed) and another with a Queen and ensuite (Shower/Vanity/Toilet) can be accessed.
There are 4 further bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this level, some of which can access the pool deck directly.
Downstairs is a large games room, complete with an open fireplace. A further bedroom with an ensuite is located at the rear. Aircon and heating throughout.

A large 2 car lock up garage is provided as is reverse cycle air conditioning and ducted heating throughout the house upstairs.

The whole house. There is a billiard table and table tennis table available for guest use. The cabana is not available for guest use.

Mount Martha is a beautiful coastal town on the Mornington Peninsula which boasts many beautiful attractions. 5 Minutes in the car to Mount Martha Village which has restaurants, IGA and shops.

Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Pets are allowed but the pet breed and age must be approved with us prior. Max 1 dog.
(iv) 2 x hotel style trundle beds can be provided with linen upon request. Please request at the time of booking to ensure availability. Please note regarding bedding: The U/S Lounge suite unfolds to a double bed and is suitable for children only.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
