Guest Access & House Rules
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property
• No visitors or hosted events
• No parties
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes
Guests enjoy a private condominium with controlled access through the building’s rear entrance.
All guests are greeted in person upon arrival and must present a valid government-issued ID and send a confirmation message through the VRBO platform.
Closed-circuit security cameras monitor all building entrances.

Check-In & Fees
• Standard check-in: 3:00–6:00 PM
• Late check-in (6:00–10:00 PM): $30 (48-hour notice required; subject to staffing availability)
• After 10:00 PM: $20 per 30 minutes or fraction thereof
• Early check-in (when available): $20

Several paid parking options are located behind the building.
• Free street parking: weekends only (Friday 4 PM – Monday 8 AM, unless posted otherwise)
• City lot: $8 per 12 hours
• Daily, monthly, or long-term parking available via cityparkingonline.com (search “Monroe Ward”)

Come visit us downstairs! Our building is home to Richmond’s oldest downtown music store, visited by legends including Joe Walsh, Gene Simmons, and Richard Gere. We are onsite frequently Tuesday–Saturday, and our staff is available to assist during business hours.
