10 minute drive to Bellevue or Seattle. One story bungalow style home built in 1970's with updates. Quite neighborhood. Partly fenced in yard. Outdoor gas BBQ and table/chairs available for use.
Indoor allergy friendly with laminate flooring, no pets within last 5 years and all bedding washable.
Owner lives nearby and speaks Mandarin and some Spanish

Full Kitchen: stocked w pans, dishes/bowls, cutlery

2 bedrooms each with 1 queen bed
1 bedroom with bunk bed - twin on top, full on bottom
1 couch in living room

Beautiful place very clean. Easy to yet to from freeway and tucked away behind some trees so you felt secluded which we loved. We loved waking up to the beautiful view and wathing the sun set. It was like we had our own little naturally framed picture of the seattle skyline. A+ host conatacted me twice to make sure everything was going well. Not even half a mile away was a nice little plaza with 4 to 5 resteraunts. We ate at all of them beacuse one day we didnt leave the island it was just so peaceful at the house. I Will be back and hopefully i can book this place again i loved it 10 out 10 5 stars A+

Older home that is conveniently located in Seattle, there is WIFi internet but no TV, but we enjoyed our visit to Mercer Island

We were very impressed with the property owners and the property. It was perfect for us. We were planning a bit of a family reunion at Luther Burbank Park after a church service, but because of the rain, we were not able to do so. Instead, the property owners were quite understanding and allowed us to host our family for the afternoon at the house. We are very appreciative of that. The location is a beautiful one and it was wonderful to spend a few days on the island, our home for 54 years. As they say, "No Place Like Home"

A little out of the way

While it was a little out of the way, it wasn't too bad to get into Seattle. The house rules are a little strict, but nothing too onerous.

Beautiful vacation house

The house is cozy and well managed, with a view of the water from the back patio and through the large picture window in the living area. Evelyn and her co-hosts are very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

A Hidden Special Gem

Great place for a family at an extremely reasonable price for an entire house to rent. Beautiful view through the trees. Very quiet. Great location, close to parks on Mercer Island. We were extremely pleased with our stay and the wonderful communications with the host.
