Nice home to rent

Enjoyed our stay at the Spring Hill home. Home was very clean and spacious. It was too cold to swim but it looked very clean and inviting. This was our 3rd stay in the home for our January vacations and will come back.

There are only 2 bathrooms instead of three. The other half bath is in the pool area. There are also lack of bathroom tissues, kitchen paper towels, and dirty coffee maker, etc.It is OK to stay in the house for a few days, but as the owner stated: this is not like a hotel or resort.

Family Trip for Thanksgiving

Spacious and Relaxing

Nice clean property. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Plenty of room to spread out with two living rooms. Could have had plenty of people staying there with all the couches. Kayaking close by was a fun trip.

Stayed here while visiting family. Wonderful pool. Great communication with the owner. Please don’t let my rating on cleanliness hold you back. The owner had to hire out cleaning due to the hurricane. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Hill Retreat

Our stay here was nothing but perfect for our family! The house was well maintained and spacious! The pool was fantastic for the kids and grandkids! Our hosts were very nice and answered any questions we had right away and kept us informed of pool cleaning (once a week) and ground maintenance! It was a pleasure using their home for our vacation! We will be back!

Communication for reservation was fantastic. Property was as described. All amenities were available just make sure to bring own bath soap and shampoo. Was in close proximity to many restaurants and attractions. Having the pool to come back and relax was phenomenal. Will return.
