We are going to let the pictures do all the talking. We will just say that if you are interested in the activity of downtown, walking to your favorite spots and the convenience to the National Park - then stop your cabin search and start booking. Enjoy a hot tub, free fast WIFI and an upgraded kitchen, bath and bedding. This cabin is new and the calendar may have lots of slots to book - we suggest booking before it fills up - It will!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Feel free to check here for details -or- all our listings at Elk Springs Resort rentals.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay. The cabin is wonderful and we had no issues with check in/ check out. The only problem we had was noise. Music plays all day right below the cabin, it's not super loud but can be heard from inside the cabin. Also, I was woken up before 4am on Wednesday morning to very loud banging which turned out to be the trash service dumping the dumpsters up and down the strip, this went on for quite a while. If you won't be there on a Wednesday night and you want to be in the middle of the action, close to the strip, this cabin is perfect. We were there for our honeymoon and would've liked a little more quiet and privacy.

We saw a sow with three cubs on the first day and at least one bear every day we were there. We had planned on walking downtown but decided to drive to the bottom of the hill to park so we wouldn’t encounter a bear in the dark walk back up.The cabin was very clean too.

Best honeymoon!!

This is the cutest small house, perfect for a couple!! We were both very impressed. My husband loved the rustic aspect, and I loved the luxury aspect, with the beautiful shower, amazing hot tub, and the best bed I have ever slept in!! Our favorite part was being within walking distance from the downtown strip. We love being able to walk and go eat anywhere at whatever time!!

We walked to different areas of the strip without getting in the car. It is a steep walk but we managed fine. We enjoyed the porch area. The only change we would make is with the pillows and the bed. Bed was uncomfortably soft and definitely need new pillows. Overall this was a great stay and we would love to be back there real soon!

It is in the city so you will hear noise all night. Garage trucks at 3am, mini golf has very loud music, cemetery next door had large trucks at early am but the bed is so cozy it didn't bother us at all. Bring coffee and toilet paper. They had 50 grit toilet paper. The walk tp town was easy. Coming back up hill was harder but honestly not bad. I'd recommend and will return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was the perfect fit for us! The cabin itself was amazing, clean, had everything we needed and the location was amazinggggggg! Elk Springs was also amazing, very helpful, very quick to respond to any concerns or questions and made checking in/out super easy. Even though it rained for half our stay, the location is just so close to everything it didn't even matter. For those other guests who have complained about the noise, yes, there is a mini golf place literally below the outside balcony, they play music, you hear people, and you also hear the noise from the strip because you are basically right next to it...however, we did not hear anything at all INSIDE with the door closed, and while outside, the background music was not an issue it was quite nice. If you don't like being IN the hustle and bustle of convenience, go get a cabin up in the mountains away from it all, but this cabin is beautiful, the location and convenience is unbeatable...I only wish it had another bedroom so we could bring friends next time! But for us, this was truly perfect and id highly recommend this cabin and property management company to everyone.

Perfect in Gatlinburg

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and we couldn't have found a better place in town. The design is modern and yet very warm and comfortable. We loved every part of the house. We spent our mornings working from the spacious deck which overlooks a mini golf course down below. (Perfect entertainment when we stood up for a short break) The kitchen has everything you need and is a joy to cook in. (I was able to bake a batch of cookies and didn't have to buy anything except the ingredients) If you like a squishy bed, you're in luck! Plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom for all your clothes and essentials. The washer and dryer and large and work as well as my unit at home. Although it is a steep hike down the road to town, it is well worth it and takes about 5 minutes. We were amazed at how little the lights and sounds of Gatlinburg made it up to the house. While you can look down through the trees and see the strip, the sounds and lights never bothered us! We have stayed in 10+ short term rentals throughout the area, and this one was our favorite. Don't bother to keep looking at other places as this one is perfect!

If you are looking for a new and clean space close to downtown Gatlinburg, you really won't find anything better than this house. Located on a quiet, dead-end street, it seems like you are far from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but you are truly just steps away. You can literally walk into the back of The Village (near the bathrooms) if you go through White Oak Flats Cemetery. This takes only a few minutes as it is right next to the property, but it is a little steep (going down was much easier than going back up). If you choose to travel by car, there are simple ways to cut through some of the side streets to avoid most of the strip as well. We could easily travel to the park or other places off the strip without dealing with a lot of traffic. The king bed is definitely on the soft side, which was no problem for us, but if you are looking for a firm mattress, that may be a concern for you. The shower has a normal shower head, but also a rainfall head, which is absolutely amazing! It is really nice to sit out on the deck and not have to worry about rain or snow. We will absolutely stay here again in the future when it is just the two of us and have already recommended this to other couples who have plans to visit the area.

Newer, Clean, and Modern Cabin in a Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and clean cabin. The location was perfect if you want to be walking distance from the Gatlinburg Parkway. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the hot tub was great. The only issue we was that they can't get the fireplace to work properly. It only worked about 5% of the time, and when it did work, it would shut off after 20-30 minutes. Management was very responsive in getting maintenance out to work on it, but after two service calls, the same problem persisted. I received a text on how to properly operate the fireplace remote, but there was no remote for the fireplace, so I'm not sure why I received the text. I responded that there was no remote, only a wall timer to turn it on. The response was "sorry for your inconvenience." At that point, we only had one more day left, so I told them not to worry about sending anyone out. It was getting too inconvenient. Unfortuately, this is the only reason that I can not give 5 stars. Otherwise, our stay was great.

With that said, this was probably the most unusual experience and a bit stressful.Initially, we booked a cabin that we have previously stayed in. The cabin is one of the best build and maintained that they offer. Town hours into our 6 hour drive I received a call from Elk Springs that the road leading up to the cabin was snow/ice covered and we would not be able to stay there.They assured us the cabin replacement was a great cabin that was comparable to the one we were scheduled to stay in.We arrived at the replacement cabin to find out it was not even close to the quality of the one we booked. This cabin was dirty, drafty, tired and wore out.It was late when we arrived, so the next morning I called them to express my dissatisfaction and gave them some choices of what might be a good replacement. Keep in mind, it was January and most all the cabins were available for rent.They nixed most of my suggestions, as they were upgrades. Under the circumstances and the fact that I am a longtime customer the idea of an upgrade was not out of the question.We agreed upon a basic small cabin in downtown Gatlinburg. It was a very nice new build. While it still didn't quite compare to our original choice, we enjoyed the fact that it is conveniently located and extremely clean. Some of the people I dealt with at Elk Springs were kind, professional and helpful, while others were not.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay, close to everything, cabin was very well decorated and very clean. Plan to use it again in the near future. Management was very helpful with repair of fireplace.
