Open your patio doors and you are steps away from Destin's beautiful sugar white sand beach and emerald blue waters! You will love the easy access to the beach and pool, along with the beautiful front lawn that is perfect for flying kites and letting the kids play. Grill up some of your favorite meals on the best BBQ pits in the world, while watching the gorgeous beach sunsets.
This one bedroom, 1.5 bath Windancer Condominium complex is one of Destin's few remaining low-rise complexes. Windancer 109 is located in a quiet location, with a private beach and only 4 stories of units. Fewer units means you wont have to battle the crowds while trying to enjoy the beach.
We have provided all the amenities you'll need during your stay including a fully equiped kitchen with a coffee pot and Keurig , linens, free wi-fi, smart TV's and FREE BEACH SERVICE from March 1- October 31. The free beach service includes one umbrella and 2 beach chairs that are set up for you daily. We also have patio furniture for you to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Aside from it's beautiful beaches Destin also offer's plenty of other fun and relaxing activities. Shop till you drop at Silver Sands Factory Outlet located one eighth of a mile from your condo. Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of Destin's popular local restaurants including Harbor Docks and The Back Porch. Take the family out for a day of fun for golf, deep sea fishing, Big Kahuna's water park, jet skiing and dolphin cruises just to name a few!

Convenient and quiet location. Pool was clean! Views were beautiful. The room was clean and kept cool.Could use more curtains on the sliding doors, the bed was a little too firm, shower head didnt seem to function the best due to pressure but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view & right on the beach

We had a great vacation in this newly renovated condo. The owner has thought of everything you would need and it is beautiful inside as well as being right on the beach and enjoying sunrises and sunsets. It is walkable to Winn Dixie, Destin outlet mall, restaurants and so many other places. We would highly recommend a stay here and would love to come back again.

Beach view and central location. Stars off because of the following: 1. Non working TV in bedroom waited two days for repair 2. Prior tenant spilled heavy cologne on mattress we had to clean ourselves as owner did not send anyone out. 3. Furniture in family room heavily used and in need of replacement (very uncomfortable). Otherwise remainder of areas were very clean.

Kimberly, The person who came to fix your tv was out the day after you called. Things take time and cannot always be fixed immediately. I had 2 people confirm that the mattress did not smell like anything. I am here now and smell nothing. I offered for my cleaner to come out to change the sheets but your OFFERED to clean the sheets yourself and had already started the process. I apologize that the couch was not to your standards. Being a rental, it’s hard to keep things like new all the time. I do see you failed to mention how clean you thought the unit was and I quote, “this place was sparkling clean.” I hope that next time you rent, the unit is more of what you’re looking for. As you can see by my many great reviews, my other guest are very happy with the unit and what is offered.

Very happy with this location!

I'm personally not much of a beach person, but my family LOVED being able to walk outside and be right on the beach. I was extremely comfortable being able to work, step outside and see everyone having a great time. The property was very clean, and felt like a home away from home. Also, Lucy was an excellent Property Manager. She was very responsive, and her directions were extremely clear.

Cute and Clean Condo

We had an excellent stay at this condo! The accuracy of the description was spot on. We had any and everything that we may need available for us while we stayed. We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella each day. We also loved being on the bottom floor other than the people above us walking around early in the morning and late at night they were loud walkers. We were very pleased with this condo and would be happy to stay here again.

Easy Beachfront Access

This was our 3rd year at Windancer and now our favorite unit. Every year we bring all our beach gear and carry it down the stairs and out the gate. This time it was so much easier to use the back porch access. The kids also had fun playing in the grass while we used the grill to cook dinner. The unit is updated beautifully. The kitchen has everything you need (including a crock pot!). The bed was comfortable and all the towels were big and soft. Lucy was very responsive. We had a slight issue but the problem was resolved very quickly by her team with no interruption to our trip. Great unit, great host, great stay.

Relaxation

After researching for over two weeks, I decided this was the perfect unit for us. It was ground floor (didn’t want to have to carry luggage far), had been recently updated, seemed to be managed by the owner, and had very good reviews. My other reason is I asked questions before booking and were answered very quickly. The unit was exactly what we needed for the two of us. We enjoyed the beach service, the pool was just a few steps out the door, bed was extremely comfortable. I found the pillow so comfortable that I took a photo of the brand as want to purchase one. The comforter was not heavy and was perfect for the weather. There were plenty of additional blankets available if needed. There were two coffee makers, and I used the Keurig which made single serve cups. The kitchen was well stocked. A washer and dryer was in room with tub/shower. It had two rooms with sink and toilet and the room with tub/shower and washer/dryer. And, probably best of all, it was located in a small condo facility.

It has everything needed, from coffee makers to beach coolers.The Athlete is the location. Steps from beaches perfect for catching waves and soaking in the sun.The Basket Case is the sheer tranquility.
