Spacious executive home was designed and built for entertaining. The great room accommodates a large bar that is integrated into the living space with the kitchen. The main room opens out to a Spanish style courtyard providing easy access for indoor and outdoor dining. Two bedrooms with a shared bath open on to the courtyard. A third bedroom suite is located off the entrance to the great room.This property is ideal for graduation. A master bedroom upstairs with complete shower and jet tub. A fourth queen bed is in a designated office with 1/2 bath.

Beautiful property, felt like a sweet retreat center. All amenities you could ask for, excellent stock for entertaining may family of 10. Jim was an awesome host, very attentive and friendly! Enjoyed meeting him and sharing his beautiful home!

I didn't drive for 4 days!

Our kids competed track at Hayward field and this house was a perfect location. But it wasn't just the location, it is a great home and open concept for families and friends. Jim was fantastic and checked in on us to ensure everything was great throughout our stay.

Incredible host and perfect property

We rented Jim’s home to celebrate our son’s graduation from University of Oregon and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms with a beautiful open living space to gather some friends, along with a courtyard for additional space. Jim is kind and thoughtful and checked in with us to be sure everything was to our liking. His attention to our special occasion really made this important time all the more memorable.

Gold Medal in Eugene

We traveled to Eugene to support our friends competing in the Olympic Track and Field Team Trials. They were not the only ones breaking records as we were there during a record setting heat wave. Luckily for us, we were the guests of host extraordinaire, Jim. Not only is his home spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, it could be a curated art gallery with all of the lovely pieces collected from his travels lovingly placed throughout. Attention to detail, from perfect pillows to super soft towels did not go unappreciated. The location, just a five minute walk to Hayward Field, was awesome. Jim went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect…and it was. Jim should be the poster guy for the Eugene Chamber of Commerce. His love of the area and willingness to share local knowledge meant we had fabulous food, wine, and beer every meal. Eugene is a friendly town with kind people, superb restaurants, excellent track and field facilities, and one of the best VRBO hosts to be had. We will be back!

Escape to Eugene!

This is a truly great house! Interesting layout and quite a bit of space. We came up to Eugene to escape the smoky weather in the bay area, and enjoyed our time here. The owner is great, he came by most days, (after checking in with us) to water plants outside and make sure everything was going OK. There were very few students around when we were there so it was relatively quiet, it is near the university, so it might feel more busy when students are present but It was very mellow and peaceful while we were there.
