The Southwest Place 2203

Quiet comfort awaits you in this cozy home-away-from-home set in a beautiful country-like neighborhood in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Make yourself at home and use the fully stocked kitchen or the gas grill while enjoying the great scenery on the back patio. We have fast Wi-Fi internet and a desk if you need to get some work done. Log in to the smart TV and binge watch all your favorite shows before retiring to the very comfortable beds.
The property is a two unit Town Home/Duplex, so the driveway and back yard is shared with the guests next door. There is an outdoor security camera overlooking the parking lot. I don’t live on the property but I’m always available via phone or text. Please let me know if you need anything.

Whether you are into golf, fishing, hiking, water sports, you name it... The Ozarks has it.

The Southwest Place is situated in a beautiful country-like neighborhood that is quite and conveniently located between Branson and Springfield. There is a big yard for guest to enjoy and the place is also very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. There is also a garage big enough for 1 car or a couple motorcycles. You'll love spending time at The Southwest Place.
