We had a lovely week at this condo. Very clean, nice decor, comfy beds! Enjoyed eating on balcony overlooking pool, ocean. Had small issue with coffee maker different than photos ( we like a drip one) but host brought one within the hour! Will stay again! We loved Frigates, overlooking river for dinner!

Anniversary get away!

Overall the place was gorgeous! My son and his girlfriend live on the west coast and they came over and stayed with us also! We did some fishing and kayaking and hung out at the beach!

On the beach, quiet with a pool

Beautiful condo on the beach in a quiet area but close to anything we needed. Hour from Disney, 1/2 hr to Cape! Was a beautiful, clean condo with a balcony to watch the sunsets and sunrises.

Best Place to Relax

Room 202 is in the perfect space - right over the pool and great view of the ocean! This was our second year we rented this condo, and it is still the best place for a vacation! So clean, so well equipped, great AC, such nice vacationers who were there when we were, and excellent office personnel! Anyone wanting a superior vacation with a wonderful pool and quick, easy access to the beach with attentive personnel, then this is the place!!

Fantastic room and view of ocean.

Very clean, larger than we expected. I was worried that the 2nd floor directly above the pool would be an issue - but not at all. The beach isn't as wide here as at Cocoa - so its just a short walk to the ocean. Had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. We'd certainly stay there again.

Beach Getaway

This was our 2nd stay at this complex, but the first time in this particular unit. The unit was clean and easy to access. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and ice cream.

Great place!

My sister, my daughter and I stayed for a week. We absolutely loved everything about the condo and property. Very clean, low key, quiet and friendly. Management is very responsive and check in/check out is quick and smooth. The pool was warm and clean. Closeness to the beach was awesome. Views were spectacular. No complaints at all and we will definitely return. Thanks for the great week!

Beautiful Condo and Location

As fellow VRBO owners in a different location, we absolutely fell in love with everything about the condo - beautiful inside and out - and in a perfect location. Everything we needed or wanted was in the condo, which was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our grandchildren were at the beach and pool all day. Thank you. This was definitely our best vacation location. We will be back!

Wonderful. My only hesitancy in writing such a favorable review is that the next time I want to stay here, it will already be booked! What you see in the photos is what you get. Perfect for morning beach walks, swim in the pool, sitting on the balcony, and convenient to groceries and restaurants when wanted. Friendly and responsive staff on-site keep everything clean and working.

Top Notch Beach Rental

The condo is nicely decorated and stocked with plenty of towels, pillow, blankets, kitchen items, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The atmosphere around the pool and condo itself was enjoyable and not crowded. The outdoor grill area is a nice option, though we didn’t use it. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The location of restaurants and shopping was very accessible by walking and as we didn’t rent a car this trip, and it is also right on the local bus route. I highly recommend this rental and will use it again when returning to Melbourne.

Enjoyed second floor view

We extended our time before and after originally planned. Everything was perfect. Size of at least 2000 sq ft. The view of the pool and after that the expansion of the ocean. So close you could hear the waves. Not an over crowded beach. Furniture, dishes and tv were top notch. Lots of closet space!! Our in laws wished they had found this gem!!

Exactly what you see + a little more !

This was my Mom’s first time to FL and wanted to make sure she had the view and the ease to get to the water - so with the pool and ocean being steps away, that was what pulled us in. The pool was refreshing if you were ready to get out of the salt water and off the sand. Inside the condo was exactly what you see in the listing and had all the needs for cooking meals. There are also lots of restaurants/stores nearby making getting things convenient. Check in was smooth. However, I couldn’t find any check out instructions. So, on the last night, I spent 30 min looking through emails for instructions and found that the online listing stated there was a Guest Book, which had a list of things to do in the area, local restaurants, and instructions for leaving! So, just a tiny little suggestion to make sure that’s set out for the guests to see when they first enter the condo, not tucked away! (But, they had great WIFI, so we were able to Google whatever we wanted to find in the general vicinity!) My only real complaint- on our first night, the lights outside on the building and in the parking lot did not come on until late and it was PITCH black and a little creepy as we parked and walked up to our floor after getting groceries. The remainder of our nights however, it was lit up a little more. Again- not a deal breaker, but being just my Mom & I (2 ladies) and my 14 yr old son, I would feel better with a little more lighting! But the room itself- wonderful. We’d stay again!

Very accurate listing. Location was perfect! Seconds to the beach!

This was a very easy process. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The beach was fantastic as well. This worked great for our small family of 4. The pool is right below the balcony, but the noise was never really an issue because we were mostly on the beach. We have already talked about staying again.
